Very friendly workers. Then original pretzel I was handed was not well-salted, so I asked him to re-salt one side and he happily obliged. The freshly salted pretzel was delicious. My wife got pretzel bites — they weren’t as good.

We get these brought in fairly regularly for work meetings and they are a huge hit! The owner is really easy to work with and is a super nice guy. They also deliver do that’s a huge bonus for us. I highly recommend them if you want a special snack for any afternoon meeting. It’s a great pick me up and everyone becomes a kid again when pretzels are present.

Five stars for 5 the pretzels..5 stars for the 2 employees who helped me..ZERO STARS for the heavy-set manager who was criticizing and yelling at the 2 employees over their work quality. It was incredibly uncomfortable to overhear and watch and I felt really bad for them. I was a restaurant GM for many years and would NEVER talk to my employees that way, especially in front of customers. (545pm 6/9/21)

My daughter was in the hospital from a car accident and had just had her 3rd back surgery in 7 days and she wanted a pretzel w/cheese. So she gets what she wants. When I mentioned it was for her the owner or manager not sure which told me it was on the house. He was very sincere and wished her well. Wow I was in tears. Thank you so much. And she enjoyed the treat and ate it with a smile. And she hadn't had much to smile about. Thank you so much💕

Went there Saturday afternoon and they were helpful, super friendly, and always make it a great experience. They are great no matter if I am paying full price or got a free pretzel through the app. They make going to Auntie Anne's a special treat.

I was at this store today and Bailey the cashier was so polite and she definitely made my day!! Awesome location and amazing pretzels. I got the mini pretzel dogs and cheese and I loved it. The service and food was superb.

Mini pretzels were good...only thing is I paid for extra sauce and only ended up getting one. The line moves pretty slow.

Food was great, staff were easy to talk to. Great place to get a quick snack for cheap. If you need a snack at the Lloyd center, I would strongly urge you to go to Auntie Anne's.

I've ordered a few Postmates from here and they do a really good job making sure everything you'd need is there. Also their mini dogs are to die for

Ummm let's see Good deals Good food Great employees If I I had a YouTube I'd wish for them to sponsor me on it lol 😂🤣😂🤣my faves are the pretzel dog & mini pretzel dogs No but fr this place is great They always laugh at my corny jokes even if I all I spend there is time They are pleasant & kind with good food & prices what more could you ask of them?!(rhetorical question lol plz disreard)
