Very friendly workers. Then original pretzel I was handed was not well-salted, so I asked him to re-salt one side and he happily obliged. The freshly salted pretzel was delicious.
My wife got pretzel bites — they weren’t as good.

Mini pretzels were good...only thing is I paid for extra sauce and only ended up getting one. The line moves pretty slow.

Five stars for 5 the pretzels..5 stars for the 2 employees who helped me..ZERO STARS for the heavy-set manager who was criticizing and yelling at the 2 employees over their work quality. It was incredibly uncomfortable to overhear and watch and I felt really bad for them. I was a restaurant GM for many years and would NEVER talk to my employees that way, especially in front of customers. (545pm 6/9/21)

I've ordered a few Postmates from here and they do a really good job making sure everything you'd need is there. Also their mini dogs are to die for

Went there Saturday afternoon and they were helpful, super friendly, and always make it a great experience. They are great no matter if I am paying full price or got a free pretzel through the app. They make going to Auntie Anne's a special treat.

Food was great, staff were easy to talk to. Great place to get a quick snack for cheap. If you need a snack at the Lloyd center, I would strongly urge you to go to Auntie Anne's.

We get these brought in fairly regularly for work meetings and they are a huge hit! The owner is really easy to work with and is a super nice guy. They also deliver do that’s a huge bonus for us. I highly recommend them if you want a special snack for any afternoon meeting. It’s a great pick me up and everyone becomes a kid again when pretzels are present.
