Amazing as always. This place has a large selection of flavors and will hand mix whatever flavors you want. The staff is diligent with coals and orders even if an accident, IE the burner broke, happens. The people are polite and it seems like a friendly environment all around. I would reccomend trying the premium hookah that just costs a little more but, it allowed me to use a heat management system. This along with the service is the reason that I gave Genie Hookah Cafe a full five stars!
Genie is a great place for hookah. They have great customer service and practically no wait time on coals. If there is a wait it is max 10 minutes even on a night where it is packed. It is a friendly place that is light and quiet so for those people who need to do homework or just want to hangout with friends can talk without having music blasting too loud. The prices are reasonable compared to other places. If you haven't been here come down meet the owner who also actually works and interacts with the customers on a regular basis and smoke a great hookah!!
Bar none the best hookah lounge in the Portland area. A little tucked away, but the owner is great, the staff are helpful and make great bowls, and the atmosphere is incredible. Come for the hookahs, stay for the conversation.

We've been going to Genie's for four years, and it's great EVERY SINGLE TIME! The entire staff is super friendly, and they genuinely care about their customers. Rashid, the owner, is almost always around, and takes excellent care of the customers - If you don't love your hookah he and his staff will take care of you. It's my fiance and I's favorite hookah place in the area! If your looking for a regular hookah place, definitely check out Genie's!
by far the best hookah lounge. The hookah is amazing and so clean, and the customer service is awesome, I love going there to smoke and hang out. There is a great atmosphere. Great people and a great time is what you get when going there. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Genies is a good place to smoke and meet new people. most nights you will find the owner in there working and trying to catch up with all the regulars. They give you Unlimited coals! Most places charge you for multiple sets or ask you to buy a new bowl when you get more, here they will let you smoke it till your done not just till that first set of coals dies. They also make sure to keep hookahs to unique flavors so your tasting your flavor and not someone else’s.
Definitely the best hookah cafe I have ever been to! The mixes are endless and I love the redbull mixes :) The staff is always trying something new from drinks to new shish mixes. Over the years I've been coming it has greatly improved and they always seem to be improving the decor and seating! I also bought a hookah and the owner gave me a great deal, and also told me if I ever needed help with cleaning it to bring it in!

Genie Hookah is different from any other hookah bar. I love it because from the second you walk in the door you are treated like family. If you respect them they will respect you back. Other hookah bars are more concerned about making money than building a solid customer base. I have been coming here the last five years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Genie is the cheapest hookah lounge around and they offer a wide variety of flavors as well as a wide variety of drinks and chips. Rashid the owner is a total sweetheart and a personal friend of mine. Everyone that works here, as well as everyone that comes here are very friendly and make you feel like you are a part of the group. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are definitely the most busy so prepare yourself for a fun evening. There is music, dancing, games, and of course HOOKAH! I love you genie hookah.
