Definitely the best option for Jamaican food in Portland.
The jerk has a good depth of flavor and their rice and peas are solid Wish they’d give a lil more jerk sauce ;)
Curry goat and oxtails are also solid versions of these dishes
I often stop by to grab a couple beef patties and a ting of if I’m in that neighborhood

They were out of jerk chicken and we were asked to take our food to go otherwise it would be 5 stars. The curry and fish were very good. Also online menu states that entrees comes with festival and ours didn't

Excellent customer service! They come from yaad, so I’d recommend going if you want to experience some authentic Jamaican food. The food was a little pricy, but I think that’s probably due to the special ingredients they have to find in this area. We will be back!

The trifecta that I thought couldn't exist does exist:
- Amazing tasting food.
- EVERYTHING on the menu is actually available for purchase.
- The time they say your food will be ready is in fact the time the food is ready.

My first time there this afternoon, my friend Stan took me there.
Great food , I was amazed at the huge portions on my order, of course I couldn't eat it all, so yes, didn't have to worry about making dinner! Very friendly Customer service.

The service was great, the food was delicious! I ordered the jerk chicken, my husband got the ackee and salt fish, and we ordered jerk wings. We ended up switching plates because we liked each others better lol. All the food was great!

Have seen this place on Uber eats. Finally gave it a try. Took 2 bites and apologized to myself for taking so long. Absolutely AMAZING! I got the jerk chicken and island shrimp. Both are a Must try! Great flavor, big portions. Happy to have found you.

It doesn't get more authentic than this place. The rice and beans to start off with hits perfect hence my 5 star. The jerk chicken is to die for. Cooked perfectly with a light crisp skin and taste that goes all the way to the bone. Cook to order so be patient because the wait is worth it. I prefer to dine in to get it fresh and the vibe is cool. Have yet to go to the karaoke, but will soon. My 1st go to for that real authentic Jamaican food.
