The staff here was very friendly. We wound up chatting it up about different flavors of cupcakes. Our cupcakes were very good and looked very pretty too. The bakery is pretty cozy for customers but that's a good thing, as there are so many choices of cupcakes, it's good to not get too lost in the experience. The good thing is that every cupcake has a miniature version too. So you can enjoy different kinds without getting too bloated and too sugared up. I would definitely recommend this bakery to my family and friends!

Probably the best cupcakes I've ever had. Slightly pricey, but worth every penny. Peanut butter and jelly, boston cream, and what's up doc (carrot cake) were spectacular. My only regret was that I had to share the 12 mini cupcakes that we got.

The cupcakes here are amazing! I love all the combinations, and the best is they have mini cupcakes that you can order and have a little bit of everything. The cupcakes were all so fresh. I got the red velvet, peanut butter and mint chocolate. There are all amazing. The selection is significant for a small cupcake shop. there is something for everyone. The pricing is very fair as well. There is street parking for the shop. The employee was very nice as well.

Cupcake Heaven is more like it! They have super tasty rotating flavors, but my favorite is their red velvet cupcake, the big one. It has a creamy filling and the best cream cheese frosting you have ever tasted. When I get married I for sure am going to serve Cupcake Jones to my guests because their cupcakes taste just like love to me.

AMAZING cupcakes! My husband had the Red Velvet (filled with vanilla bean cream and topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting) and I had their Chocolate cupcake that was soft, rich, and tasted like brownie batter (I recommend eating half at a sitting they are pretty rich AND delicious) Bonus I felt fabulous afterwords! Word to the wise get a beverage because you’ll want one with it ❤️

Destination location! One of my favorite places in Portland! I love everything on the regular menu but am always delighted by the monthly and weekly specials! If you own a dog get a doggie cupcake! My dog loves them so much. The mini cupcakes are a great pick me up! The customer service is always very welcoming and respectful

The staff at Cupcake Jones went above the normal customer service, to listening to my request a while back for gluten free cupcakes. They produced delectable ones that my grandson loves, so it is the go to place for delicious cupcakes for our family-and that includes the gluten free members too! The service is personal, thoughtful and we always leave feeling like the most cherished customers. It is why we keep coming back!

We used Cupcake Jones for our wedding on March 4th. The cupcakes were AMAZING! All of the guests were very impressed. Shannan was such a pleasure to work with. I was planning my wedding from a different state and she made it super easy for me. She is a great person to work with! If I ever have another event in that area, I will definitely use them again! And whenever I am in the area, I'll definitely stop in for a treat! :)

Cupcake Jones makes the best cupcakes I've had the pleasure to eat in Portland. In my day to day life I love Chocolate and Mint together, they have it and it's awesome. But my two favorite's are the Vanilla and the Chocolate Chip. A few of my co-workers go nuts over the Peanut Butter and Jelly. The staff at the shops are some of the kindest souls you'll ever meet.
