I ordered the kalua pork 2 taco plate. It was SO GOOD. I had been craving Hawaiian food and this definitely hit the spot. It came with a scoop of cilantro lime rice, cole slaw, mac salad (the best I’ve had), and habanero mango salsa. I could eat this every day!

Outstanding! I had the blackened mahi mahi tacos and they were likely the best fish tacos I've ever had.
I also had pork sliders on sweet rolls and they rocked as well. A slight smokiness to the pork really kicked them off.

love love love, these tacos, Jeff makes the best Hawaiian inspired tacos, from fish, fried avocado, chicken, "my favorite," pork, rice, Mac salad and coslaw. All his food is fresh and made with love. He also sells his custom tie died shirts. Voted one of the best food carts in Portland by Willamette Weekly, if you have not had his tacos, then you need to try them.

I’m just going to come out and say it….best fish tacos in Portland! This place Slaps. Don’t forget to get their hot sauce. The 2 taco plate is where it’s at, So much amazing food for a great price.

I've had a lot of tacos, from a lot of establishments. I've had a lot of Hawaiian inspired foods, from a lot of establishments. But this...this is a combination of food on a whole new level. Flavors neither overwhelming or lacking in absolutely anything. Every single bite is the perfect combination of flavors. I cannot recommend this wonderful cart enough.

Delicious tacos for a great price! Got the 3/$10 (Mahi, chicken, pork). Get the hot sauce it’s not too spicy but has a good kick.

Absolutely loved the fried avocado and the mahi taco. Very delicious and well prepared. I’m not a huge fan of flour tortillas for tacos, but the fillings were delicious enough it was worth. There’s a kinda mango habanero hot sauce that’s mildly spicy, but pretty flavorful. Bring your own hot sauce if you want heat.

These tacos were amazing! I got mahi tacos and a fried avocado taco and both were exceptional! Really reasonable prices and huge portions. Plus great mac salad and hot sauce! Will definitely be visiting again.

The blackened mahi was one of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! Kalua pork sliders were incredible, too. Tons of food for the price! Definitely will be back to this food truck :)

Mahi Taco is awesome. The prices are very reasonable, and the taco fillings are fresh and tasty. The menu is small, but everything they do they do well. I will be back for sure.
