Josie remembers me by name every time i come in! They do this for many other customers as well. Its such a small thing but that paired with their great attitude and quick customer service makes this location one of my favorites!

I love the Starbucks inside my local Safeway on 10th and S.W. Jefferson St. It is great in many ways, but most if all is the friendliness of the start working there. I was surprised on my second trip the girl at the counter said " Hello Laura." She knew my name from my previous visit. I felt very good about going there because she remembered my name and it made me feel welcome and at home with my Local Starbucks.
( The third trip she recited my drink as I started to place my order. She said "Large Mocha frapachinno, no whipping cream, and extra shot of espresso, and a puppachino for your puppy?" I thought "wow.....she remembered that after two visits?" Awesome Starbucks in downtown Portland.
