This Wendy's is not perfect, but considering the area, and some of the crazy customer situations they've had to deal with, I feel they are doing the best they can. They've made a lot of necessary good changes, that I feel is sending them in a better direction. I've been in a love/hate relationship with this Wendy's until today. Today I shifted all the way to love, because they seem to finally have a good staff that has what it takes to serve customers well. My wallet was stolen, and later one of the employees found it hidden stashed in the boys bathroom. I had forgotten to leave my phone number because I needed to walk home and file a police report so I was a bit frazzled. The Supervisor Bobbi sent someone to my house to have them come bring me back to retrieve my wallet. She definitely went above and beyond, and I am SO thankful. It's so nice to finally feel like the staff is trustworthy and friendly, and caring toward customers. Thank you!!!
Went on a Tuesday night kind of late and received fresh and delicious food super quickly. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Nice for a quiet quick family meal or couples sit down for sure.
Savvy, quick and accurate service on a night when we didn't have much time for much of anything. A cheering thing! Few national fast-food burgers are as good as a Wendy's.
There was a very kind and beautiful employee who spoke with us.
I'm embarrassed cause I can't remember her name but she was cleaning, taking orders and serving. It's refreshing to meet someone so genuine and smart.
Not thrilled about the options for their famous frozen drinks. No more vanilla? Strawberry and chocolate are the only options? And the sizes are much smaller than they were before.
I am a pretty proficient eater of fast food. This Wendy's, sadly, was in decline for a while. When my son asked for nuggets and fries, I thought of Wendy's and was close to this store, but thought for sure it would be shut down or perhaps I would get poor food again with an angry cashier.
Not sure what happened, but not only was it still there, but the cashier seemed eager to be there, upsold me very slickly, and the food was good. Son knows none of this, only that the food was good.
Glad that they were able to turn it around, and I got to say something about it.
I used to go to a Wendy's in this area when I was in college. Sadly, many things have changed in Portland these days. This is an area to be careful in. The food was still good though... :)
Food was hot and fresh, they were Very busy, yet still fast and accurate! I was very impressed actually, and everything tasted great! Good job Wendy’s. 👏🏻
Friendly and quick staff. Burgers are awesome. Hopefully they will change their fries but until then the nuggets are a great substitute.
You can tell when the employees are destine for something better. Food was made with care it actually looked like the picture. Was hot and to salty or sloppy.
Was a pleasant experience, however I noticed the last two times I visited there was no napkins in any of the dispenser's.
