Beautiful place. I happened upon Carmella's right at opening. I just needed a moment to myself and a beverage after a long day, and they were happy to comply. I'll be back when in a more festive mood!

Extensive wine list, rotating food menu, and friendly staff. The servers are very knowledgeable, let them walk you through your wine selection. They'll help you find a good wine within your price range. The food options are limited, but well made. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Hang out by one of the fireplaces.

I have been coming to Carmella's since they started serving lunch back in the fall. The food is always great and the service even better. Today though, I had hands down the. best chicken pot pie of my life! Even better than Pine State Biscuits pot pies (and that's saying a LOT)!

Really fantastic wine bar, with an excellent selection. I often go for the well-curated flight selections, to maximize the number of delicious wines I get to try. Fantastic atmosphere for getting together with friends or going on a date.
All bars should have a bar dog like Bedford!
