Alex, one of the managers, has always been super nice every time I’ve come there. Today, I had an issue with my order which ended up being my fault because I misread the menu, and he was really nice about the situation. So, thank you!! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while and ever since he’s been around, things have been steady and consistent quality wise. Plus he’s super friendly and makes each visit a little more personable and it’s nice. Love this t-bell.

I have ordered Doordash from this location 5 times in the past 2 months. Every order was perfect. Fast food is a strange thing. What Taco Bell sells you is an idea of their food at 100%, and what you generally get is an understandable 50-75% from overworked, underpaid workers often dealing with corner cutting franchise owners. This location offers you the chance to try that 100%. I've eaten an embarrassing amount of Taco Bell over my lifetime in now 5 different states, and I can say without a doubt that it's never been this close to the promise of the promotional material. Now I can't speak to how rare that is, I've not been to every taco bell in the Willamette Valley or anything, but I can say it's worth a stop if you even like the idea of Taco Bell's food. Okay, it's Taco Bell. But I like particularly about this Taco Bell is the camaraderie and team spirit of the staff who works here. It's plainly obvious that they're "in it together," and in fact are known to take breaks together (and from what I could tell, share carpool rides after a shift change). It's reflected in the smiles and good cheer with what is just basically Taco Bell fare. The cleanliness is another plus. Something right is happening here.

I ordered door dash super late from here round 1 am. My dasher took a long time and wouldn't move for over an hour so I cancelled my order and fought for a refund and reordered to get a new Dasher. When my food finally came less than 30 minutes later, I received both orders! Which means one was free! Bless all of y'all's hearts. That made my week! The fact they must've seen my other order or maybe realized it was the same person, maybe they realized it was cancelled and felt bad but either way thank you so much! They so could have tossed my cancelled order or eaten it but they didn't :). This location rocks!

Fast food at its finest. Sometimes it's going to be a miss, but most of the times it's a hit.

It's Taco Bell so please set your expectations accordingly. This isn't Chipotle, McDonald's, or even a taco truck. Those all have much better food. But man, prices have gotten sky high for what you get at the Bell. No more $5 boxes of food or dollar deals. Yes, they really do have some vegetarian options and to be honest they taste better than items with so-called meat. No one works the counter anymore so don't expect great, or frankly any service.

I think the guy working the drive-thru was having a bad day. Nobody is going to be all smiles 100% of the time, but he seemed angry. He was kind of slamming stuff around and when I asked for ice in the other drink, he put a few cubes in (after the soda) and both drinks were splashing out, so they were a sticky wet mess in the car. He practically threw the food at me. He also left about an inch of space at the top of both cups. The one with ice and the one without. The markup on soda almost everywhere is ridiculous, so I appreciate it when people actually fill the cup. If I'm paying ~$3 for a soda that might have cost 10 cents to produce, I want a full drink. The food was good. It was hot and they got the whole order right.

The over night employees, are definitely doing something right. The atmosphere and vibes going on made it a really fun an as enjoyable as picking up multiple uber orders between 1 and 2 am can be, a really enjoyable, uplifting pick up. I live no where close to the location, and still want to go back
