Madrona Hill Café is a nice little spot for some morning drinks (tea or coffee), food (they have a good variety of sandwiches), and of course baked goods. The breakfast cookie has basically the entire kitchen sink in it. And their dirty Chai lattes are delicious. It is decorated with nice art and has comfy lounging chairs.

I always stop in here before tattoo appointments on this side of town. The employees are always so nice, the coffee is some of the best I’ve had and the food is delicious! I love hearing all the local banter between the employees and regular customers. Love this place and always recommend!

Lovely. When I said a tiny bit of chocolate in my mocha, he replied "yes, just a whisper." He got it so right! Wonderful pastries too. Hope to pass through here again.

Music choice is always A+ but not too loud if you’re trying to get some work done or take a meeting. Their breakfast sandwiches are excellent!! Highly recommend getting them on a bagel. The ladies working here are incredibly kind. Very cozy environment. :)

This place is by far my favorite cafe in all of Portland. Open early, friendly service, great coffee and the BEST bagel sandwiches. Coming in to Madrona Hill before work is the best part of my day. Keep it up!

Had a cheese bagel with cream cheese 😋 and a peppermint moxha. It was a nice dark roast and not too sweet. The environment is cozy and the staff is super nice!

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long time! It seemed a bit pricey but it's made from really fresh stuff, so I didn't mind. It's a pretty quaint little shop, great for reading or conversation.
