This was my first visit to Burgerville. I had a Bacon cheese burger and strawberry milkshake. I went there expecting a better quality of hamburger sandwich than other cheaper fast food restaurants. I wasn't disappointed! Every part was was better Bun, romaine lettuce ( not the stem either) and wow the bacon . I happen to be a bacon lover and this bacon was quality. Cooked perfectly, it extends beyond the bun to tempt a nibble on it's own. Oh yeah lol. I ordered the milkshake having heard commercials in the past boasting real ice cream. They didn't lie. For once I actually got my money's worth!

We pulled up at 10:55 this evening. Feeling really bad for stopping in so late, all of the staff was super polite. I apologized for coming so close to closing time and they were all over the top friendly and happy to serve us. I wish I knew the names of everyone working but I want to give a huge thanks to the team who worked the closing shift on 9/16/23. They all went above and beyond.

Such good, fresh and still fast-enough food. I live in SoCal now and Burgerville is my most treasured NW exclusive. Delicious.

The BBQ WallaWalla burger is delicious! And the Strawberry Bliss shake was better than those made w/ cow's milk. The one disappointment with our order was the onion rings: so thick that they merely steamed inside their perfect crust. But as imperfect as lighter crusts usually are, I like them so much better than this super crunchy but tasteless crust. The service was prompt, friendly, and cheerful. The environment was as clean and tidy as any fast food restaurant could be.

The restaurant was clean and not to loud for a burger joint. The food is always tasty, but I think the portions are getting smaller. I love the grass-fed option, but it is tougher than the regular patty. The gluten-free bun is delicious and stays together well; such a treat to have a real American burger that’s gluten-free! The vegan shakes are amazing, as are the fries.

The prices are so very high now,. I believe I had about 18 dollars on my gift card, and though it was a wonderful meal : bacon cheeseburger basket, soda pop and a different version of their seasonal dessert of strawberry shortcake (I had mine made with whipped cream vs their ice cream, which would have melted on the bus home, so I could have it later on in the evening) it was very good, but the price of the meal far exceeded my gift card and I had to dig through my change purse in order to leave with my dessert. I thought later about when I first got my first hourly paycheck job. I only made 1.80 dollars an hour, working in the same type of restaurant with similar food and service. Now, as a retiree on a fixed income, I would have had to work 15hrs. to pay for such an expensive meal (which back then was considered an inexpensive meal and cost about 2.25 dollars, with tip, for the meal and dessert). It's such a shame to have worked so hard in my life, put myself through university and raised a child, all my own, to retire at a pauper's income, and to know of do many more women my age and older, who are in the same boat!

This is great food. High quality ingredients. The staff is always pretty helpful. My one complaint is the meat is always too cooled down. For that reason, I try to get the specialty burger. I'm guessing it's because they have to cook it to order because it's grass-fed beef. So it's served hot.

Shake was great. It was chocolate hazelnut and it was delicious. Cheeseburgers were good but could’ve been hotter same with the french fries they were good but they could’ve been hotter. Parking was easy. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient.
