Had a salad, deviled eggs, and a cocktail. All three were excellent and the service was very pleasant. I knocked off stars for the atmosphere because the outside table is right on a busy road (Glisan), but the inside looks very nice.
Had a very pleasant time. We were the 1st around 4 pm but once it picked up i kept admiring all the drink that were being ordered. The staff were great and so was the music.
We had a cheese plater which a good however you need to try the mushrooms toaste.
Loved the vintage vibe of this place, complete with the 50's movie playing on the screen. Drinks were unique and delicious (I thoroughly enjoyed the Cynar Collins - tart and citrusy). They also had a great low and no abv menu. Snacks were delicious - their popcorn is a must try! Perfect spot for happy hour.
Lovely spot on a swift section of E Glisan. I recommend you stop by for a delightful atmosphere of a fun bordering on fancy spot with tasty as all get out vittles on the menu which includes their craft cocktails (delicious 🤤) 10/10 highly recommend ✅

Peanut and jam yes. My drink AMAZING. lemonda yaz 🙏🏾 and the deviled eggs oh lordie I did not want to share lol. Cheese board yummy with that Fig jam oh My💯
What a great bar. Great staff, great drinks for lower prices than they probably should be, and an atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel like an old guy.
Whoever came up with the milk and cookies concept (see picture) is brilliant. You get 3 baked to order molasses cookies served with a mini White Russian. Fantastic. And when that freshly baked cookie scent comes raging across the bar everyone around you will start whispering about how they too want some cookies. And then more and more plates of joy come out. Smart move on the bar’s part. It’s like a boost in a video game for their sales. Eat those. Do it.
Went here not knowing what to expect and was completely blown away. We sat outside at first and they had a fire going to keep everyone warm. Brendan served us the whole night and made quality gin martinis. Ordered the oysters and they were great. Overall a 13 out of 10 experience, would highly recommend
We visit Blank Slate Bar every week and love their fresh oysters, tasty, original cocktails and great beer selection. Their small plates are really good and the owners and employees are super-nice and accommodating. It's a convenient place to meet friends or business associates if you're on your way home from work since they open at 4 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday each week. Closed on Wednesdays. Thanks for adding some much-needed swank to the North Glisan neighborhood. You guys are contributing a wonderful social hub in this up and coming neighborhood. This place is sincerely the best place to gather with your dearest peeps. The dedication to the craft of cocktails is real here and the snacks a pure delight. If you have not been yet you’re missin out. Women owned and truly superb vinyl and all.
