Always my go to for getting fresh seafood for family occasions we are having…this time for our Christmas dinner. Smells of their fresh fish and chips…all the fresh seafood in the display case and the nice staff.

I love coming to get tasty fried fish & chips, then going into the shop to buy fresh & smoked fish (& other lil things) while I wait for my food. Crisp batter & flaky inside fish. I really like getting the sampler option for a variety of different flavors/textures!

The best beer battered fish and chips in the Portland metro area. Very fresh fish. Limited seating; best on a nice day when you can sit outside on picnic benches. The fish market is great. Super fresh fish plus frozen options.

I had the absolute BEST fish and chips dinner here. I have been visiting this spot for a couple years now and have never had a bad meal let alone a mediocre meal. The fries are always hot, crispy, and delicious. The fish pieces are always large, fresh, and tasty. The coleslaw takes me back to growing up in Florida on the coast. The malt vinegar reminds me of husband’s English traditions. Both are full of love. The customer service is amazing too!

Amazing gluten free fish and chips! The food was super crispy and flavorful, the people were nice, and the prices were super reasonable. Everything is dedicated GF so it was also celiac safe. Can't recommend enough!

The cod fish and chips are so so good I've never tried anything else here. The fish is cooked to perfection - they've achieved the perfect balance of piping hot and crisp on the outside and done enough on the inside without being too moist or too dry and not greasy.
. Gluten free has never been this good - and gluten free beer too. Shoot, now you've got me thinking about it and I live in the Seattle area. Sorry to say I've never had fish that compares to Portland Fish Market's up here in Seattle or anywhere else

Delicious food ! For the price more fries to guarantee fullness would be nice.
My husband ordered the Cod to see how it would taste and he said this is best fish and chips with cod he has tasted and it didn't have that overly fishy taste. I too ate some and enjoyed the fish but I love french fries as well and these fries were the perfect crispiness.This is a cute spot near our house so we will be returning when craving fish and chips!
