Hotlips Pizza - Killingsworth

I cannot get enough of this place. Whether it be the employees, the pizza, the atmosphere... it is always top notch. I definitely have to name drop some people for going above + beyond every time I go.... Bryan, the red haired supervisor, is one of the nicest, silliest and most good-looking supervisors I have ever had the pleasure of having a conversation with. He is newer to the staff but he is by far the best addition this store has had in a long time. He makes a darn good pizza too, holy moooooly. His good looks are a definite plus. The manager Molly, always has a smile on her face and can make anyone else around her smile without even trying. She literally brightens up any room she walks in. She always takes care of the customer and makes sure everyone feels included. She's the best manager EVER. Give her a dang raise. The driver Mark is the quickest most efficient driver I have ever seen. He is so dang sweet and sparks up a conversation with you even though I am just a customer. He cracks some silly joke every time I see him which makes me love him even more. He is an excellent asset to the staff and would be so so sad to ever see him go! And everyone else at this store that I have had a chance to talk with have always been extremely pleasant. I just cant remember anyone else's names. Just know I go here for the pizza of course (cuz it is so dang delicious) but mostly I come here for the experience with the staff. I hope this staff stays a while.

Food was great, as usual. Ordered delivery and chose to pay in cash to save them the time of taking my card info. Delivery driver showed up and weirdly sat in his car in front of my house for a long time on his phone while my pizza got cold. I went out there thinking maybe he had fallen asleep since I couldn’t really see what he was doing from in my house. But when I got close I could see he was engrossed in his phone screen. He came out of the car with my pizza and told me it was five dollars more expensive than what I remember the price being. I told him I thought it was 23 not 28 and without looking at any paperwork he said, “oh yeah sorry, 23.”So I guess he is telling me it costs more so he can pocket the difference, knowing I’m paying cash. I suggest that Hotlips tell their delivery drivers that they randomly check in with customers about what they pay in cash. Too bad you need to have measures to prevent theft like this.

We ordered 12 pizzas and 10 individual salads for our work event. Molly assisted in taking our order and accommodating our order at an earlier time. She was very responsive and assisted in loading my car with the yummy pizza. Our staff raved about how delicious the pizza was! Their favorite was Artichoke and Garlic Sauce.

It's true there's better pizza in town. However, between price, quality, and service - especially delivery during the pandemic - I'm super impressed with Hot Lips. The mushroom-pesto pizza is delicious! We've gotten yummy pizza, salad, soda, beer, and wine, and every time it's delivered correctly and for a reasonable cost. Hot Lips has become our Go-To pizza delivery service. Great job, Hot Lips.

I'm a truck driver parked over at the Jubitz truck stop for the night . Looked these guys up and they deliver which is great . The customer service is top notch , the girl who took my order was super friendly and helpful , and the delivery guy was also quick , helpful , and again super cool . The pizza was beyond amazing , and as I am writing this review , I find myself in Portland getting ready to indulge my tastebuds with another round of awesome pizza . Give this place a try , their food is definitely made with love and care , delicious food , and my new Portland fave .
