Great place to watch sports and get a great meal. Nights become pretty loud on the weekends because of PSU. If you like a fun bar and you are a night-owl or are just wanting to day drink and have a sandwich this is the place for you. Brian the bartender is the freaking man and so great and running the show at night.

But this is a great place to share some pints with friends. Shuffleboard and Pool for those that enjoy bar games - and karaoke on Friday night was a blast!
The people who there were clearly regulars and really leaned into my rendition of La Bamba 😂 This is the kind of bar you really feel the love at when you put yourself out there.

Has karaoke in the nights Wed-Fri. Karaoke’s extra fun towards the end which is 2:30AM. The place has a pool table, lots of board games and some arcade games. Great selection of beer. Service is good and the bar is open till in the night. I highly recommend this place, especially when you are looking for a place to chill late at night.
I went in to use the ATM. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, they had some arcade games, staff seemed very friendly. They have a menu, dine in, delivery, and take out. There’s karaoke and live music, there’s wheelchair accessible restrooms, entrance, and seating. It’s a woman owned business and I saw only woman employees there. They also have free wifi and restrooms for customers. There’s a happy hour and tons of drink options and you can order food and eat it at the bar as well as other seating around the bar. There’s a fireplace too
Lovely little bar had a great night out with my friends, one of them women there was an absolute doll she was so nice. The garlic fries were delicious and enjoyed playing giant Jenga. There was only one pool table in there but it wasn't to busy.
Had breakfast there. Was great. The bartender was super nice and helpful. Up sold me to the loaded hash browns, which was totally worth it. I've been there for karaoke as well and it's great,but busy. Get a few drinks in a round because the bar will be backed. Would go again.
Amazing place for cheap eats in the heart of the PSU campus. I love going here in the happy hour, known as the cheerful hour here, for reasonably priced options for food and drinks. The daily specials are awesome, love the Tuesday deal of 3 dollar tacos and 3.50 dollar margaritas, although cheap they taste really good. The overall vibes are super chill, you can relax with friends and the best part for me is the option of all-day breakfast. No need to write more, super chill cheap dive bar ambiance, recommend to check it out if you are in the area. the draft beer selection is pretty varied and balanced as well.
First time there but will not be the last.
The wings are amazing, building super cool and service was attentive, friendly and helpful. She suggested the Huckleberry wings. Who knew... they were great.
The Cheerful Tortoise is a great dive with a mix of locals and students offering karaoke, pool, daily food, and drink specials. It's quite cozy during the day and can be quite rowdy at night during dollar beer nights.
By far my favorite place to go karaoke, theres a stage and great staff. Always a fun night when I attend. They are service animal friendly and super relaxed, friendly, and very supportive of all singers. Hype up the crowd enough and you may get some smoke blown out towards ya on stage!!
