Incredible food. It is very busy and I sat at the bar. Didn’t feel fully understood when I asked the barman to either bring my drinks behind the bar or place a serviette on top of them as a female solo traveler. But apart from that, I’ll definitely be back on my next work trip because of the quality of the pizza!!

I have read that an international group out of Naples Italy rated Ken’s the 6th Best in the World! So we had to go there. We are originally from the East coast, Philly and NYC so we have had lots of great pizza but Ken’s is good as, if not better than the best we have ever had. And if the wait time to get in is any measure, then tons of people agree! Excellent pizza, excellent service once you’re seated and you are surrounded by people who are happy to be there! It’s a VERY BUSY place. Best time to get there to avoid an hour plus wait is 30 minutes before they open. Enjoy!

Fantastic. The pizza dough is apparently fermented for more than a day or so, up to 72 hours, and is incredibly fluffy on the inside and beautifully seared on the outside. Totally fresh and delicious ingredients. Definitely a must try in Portland. Meatballs are amazing but would have been better with less salt. Calamari was perfect. Squash starter was perfect. Highly recommended place. We had to wait about 1 hour on Saturday night for a spot at the bar because it was so busy. Worth it.

We shared a calamari appetizer and got a fennel sausage, onion, and calabrian pizza. It was excellent and not very expensive (unlike the cocktails-yikes). Like most reviewers here, I heard about Ken's artisan's Pizza in the news and wanted to see what the fuss was all about. It was rated top 10 pizza in the US and in the top 50 around the globe. If you're into American style pizza (Dominoes) you might not like this as much as a connoisseur who enjoys artisan pizzas you might find in Tuscany. They open at 5PM but we got there 15 mins early and were third in line. Good thing too, 5 mins after they opened the place was packed.

The pizzas were absolutely delightful, and the waitstaff provided exceptional service. Despite the restaurant being quite crowded, we patiently waited in line for about half an hour before it opened, and then had to wait for an available table for approximately 40 minutes. However, this wait was well worth it, as we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
I must deduct a star for the service due to a minor issue: my Aperol Spritz was served in a poorly cleaned glass, which emitted an unpleasant odor resembling eggs. This one flaw in an otherwise lovely dining experience was disappointing.

I’ve only been here twice but both meals were tremendous. I love the Brooklyn - tomato sauce, mozzarella, O.P. Capicollo, pickled jalapeños and Mike’s hot honey. Might be the best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m a pizza snob originally from New York. Expect to wait a decent amount of time to secure a table (30-45 minutes) but 100% worth it in my opinion. Just go to Bamboo Sushi right next to Ken’s for some amazing sushi while you wait.

I arrived here at 5:01pm I waited in the line that wrapped around the building. Mind you I was by myself and just excited to try this pizza. I didn't see a hostess till 535. I enjoyed a negroni outside while I waited, it was tasty. I didn't get seated till 630pm. I then didn't get my pizza till 7pm. It was incredible. I ordered a soppreseta with calabrian chilies. The sauce with Basil on top was vibrant, while the dough was hearty and flavorful. I would totally go back and would want to try some others along with an appetizer. The place is small and cozy, very similar to their bakery(which I also recommend). Everyone is very friendly, and the pizza was worth the wait. People also ordered take out and waited almost the same as me who sat inside.

This was so amazing.
Ive never ate at a restaurant like this.
The pizza was perfectly cooked in their wood fire oven. The meat balls were the perfect blend of meats, spice and cheese akin to something your great grandmother would make.
If you are in the area you MUST stop by and enjoy a cocktail with the amazing food.

Totally worth the hype. Long wait (almost an hour) to get seated but absolutely worth it. We ordered The Brooklyn & Fennel Sausage pizzas...soooo good. The brownie with ice cream also hit the spot. Staff is so courteous. Loved the whole experience.

One of the best places in Portland! Pizza is just out of this world... nice balance of crispy, black char and chewy crust! Very fresh ingredients. Service has always been the best! Usually a wait to get in, even before they open. Go an hour before closing and you may not have to wait long. Caesar salad is very good. Ken's has everything down to a science!
