Little T Baker

One of the best croissants you could get outside of France can be found here. Seriously, no joke, one of the best. Get here in the morning and you'll get to smell the buttery aroma of this crispy, flakey, airy, soft croissant. They also offered kouign amann, which is what I consider to be croissant holes. They are made with the same croissant dough so I'm pretty sure it's the left over dough that was not enough to make a full sized croissant. The bottoms of these round heavenly pastries is a healthy coating of candied sugar. The sweetness certainly adds another aspect to enjoy the croissant and it certainly will be the standard for which I will compare to other bakeries.

Nice daily curation of the pastries, muffins, rolls and bread from their bakery across the river. Located in the slickly designed Union Way shopping corridor. I like their pretzels. There are a few tables and chairs to hang out and enjoy your baked good and a warm beverage. I really want to give 4.5 stars but that is not an option.

In the mood for a sweet treat while shopping around Union Way? Stop by Little T for delectable treats. All of Little T's treats aren't overly sweet or sugary. After asking for the least sweet treat, I tried the sweet potato donut which satisfied my inquiry. I noticed they have a good selection of baguettes and other breads as well as drip coffee from Coava Coffee.

A chic little bakery! Everything looks amazing, we tried the morning bun (a cross between a muffin and cinnamon roll), the seasonal danish and double chocolate croissant. French patisserie quality in my opinion. They also serve coffee and lots of grab and go baguette sandwiches. I'm coming back for a the tasty looking mini baguette, jam and butter for breakfast.
