Little Caesars

It's always funny to me when I read someone say that they don't answer the phone here. Never had that problem, however, if I did, I would remember that I CAN'T call sonic, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Dairy Queen, or practically anywhere else and phone-in an order. It's 2023, I would just use the app like a normal person. But personally, they usually answer for me after a while. If I call on a Friday at 7pm, I don't expect people to drop what they are doing to answer the phone for a customer that hasn't paid them. I worked in food service years ago, before apps. If we would have had apps back then, I would have just unplugged the phone. This place has good pizza, for a good price. Everything here is cheaper than the competition. If you want Gordan Ramsey to make your pizza and deliver it, go somewhere else. It's a bargain pizza place for a reason. And if I WERE trying to order from here and they didn't answer AND the website didn't work AND the app didn't work, I would know this.... the problem is on MY end. Is it possible that absolutely every ordering option is down? I doubt it, and if by some crazy chance it was, do I think it's the fault of the workers in the store? Or this specific location? Absolutely not. I don't think they just have IT guys sitting around in there waiting for Karen to not be able to place an order because her phone is terrible. I'm sure the store didn't shut down because absolutely no one placed an order if every order option was unavailable. I drive by there every night, place stays hopping. Great place, Great food, Great People. Don't believe the haters, this is the best Little Caesars location around. 5 Stars all day, If 10 stars was an option, they'd get that, if for no reason other than to counter the ridiculous comments here.

A pizza place. Take out, only. Short handed...and at 11 AM...already behind in wait time. Up to 45 minute wait But I ordered several pizzas for the local PD. PLUS, there was a customer with strange behavior who made inquiries and strangely, the employee was giving her a description of MY order. I intervened and commented that it was NOT necessary to describe MY ORDER to her......the whole thing was weird.
