Very easy access from streets. We found parking quickly on a Sat. night at 5:30 pm. Very good handmade pizza choices. Karaoke singers were pretty good too! Staff friendly & helpful to a couple of old fogies (non students) coming in unaware. LOL Offering a doggie water dish was real cool too.I really enjoyed sitting at a high table and watching the city traffic out all their windows. We will come back & recommend this historic cafe to our friends.

I found this place on a list of the top 5 places to write in Portland, OR. It's #1 on my list. Lots of good, solid tables. They have coffee AND beer/liquor, so I can have my Irish coffee to get going with a beer to sip on afterwards while my writing partner can comfortably rock a Chai. I'm not normally into salads, but their house salad is solid. You also can not go wrong with either variant of the beans and rice. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and we've seen Tim Roth there on Sundays a few times playing jazz acoustic guitar. It's magical.

Delicious vegetarian options. Total strangers wishing each other to have a peaceful day. You walk through an Alternative art gallery to get to the restroom. I had their daily special which was roasted beets and kale on chickpea flat bread. Delicious! And under $6. Such a deal. Calming interior spacious with different nooks. The only bad thing is parking. As with most Portland related venues, parking can be a challenge.

Great cafe to work or meet with people. The tall ceilings and light colors in this old factory building make the space feel expansive and creative. A chill venue for small live shows. Clean, accessable, bathrooms available a short walk down the communal hallway. Large and small tables available for groups of any size. WiFi and electronics charging opportunities are plentiful.

I like the atmosphere, and food isn't terrible. My BEC was a little skimpy on the eggs which was a bummer, but it still tasted really good. Lots of bacon, good bagel. People are always really nice and helpful. Haven't tried their blended coffees or anything tho.

Ford Food + Drink is a supporter of the arts and a real community hub. I've been to many events here over the years and I've gotten lots of good work done on my laptop. It's a great place to meet up for small nonprofit and business meetings. The sound level is perfect, not too loud, not too quiet. I appreciate a lot of seating options and FFD has tables, stools, a comfy couch, and you can even sit on cushions on the little corner stage when it isn't in use. Staff is lovely.

Good food and friendly service. We used this place as an event venue and appreciate their hospitality. Attendees enjoyed food and drinks with super-friendly service in a nice area. Paid parking lots on most sides of the building. Ample seating. Ask for codes for restrooms and wifi. Wonderful hospitality and quality food at affordable prices.

A coffee shop attached to an art gallery? Where can you go wrong! You can go enjoy a beer and/or a latte - and when you take a trip to the restroom, you have to walk through a collection of art. I mean, how else would you want to spend a Sunday afternoon!? The food and drink definitely make this place a must when you’re down on Division.

UPDATE: there have been some staff changes over the last few weeks, all very friendly! Past review: Awesome spot to work remotely, or meet friends. Day time staff isn't the most friendly, but they are efficient and accurate. They also have a variety of local goods including kombucha on tap, Moonbrine pickles, AMAZING fig and fennel scones, and other vegan options if you prefer.

I came to this stylish corner establishment, with the intention of attending my 1st ever drag show (all ages). In addition to the marvelous efforts these Queens have put in their show, the baristas/bar tenders were working just as hard to keep pace and deliver excellent customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Cant wait to come back!
