My son and I come to Pizza Mia often (we live in the neighborhood) and we LOVE it there. Michelle went above and beyond and stocked the place with a ton of board games and we always have fun playing games, drinking beer-(and root beer) and eating pizza. They always have the big games on all of their many TV's too. And of course a juke box to keep things lively! The place is kid friendly but really accommodates the adults to the point where kids aren't a problem ( to the non kid enthusiasts.) I like having a "bar" option that my son feels beyond welcome at all the time. I'm not a huge pizza fan ( I know, I know, I'm weird) but their pizza is PERFECT. The other menu choices are awesome too. Another fave is the Caesar salad with salmon. So good! All of the staff there is friendly, helpful and personable. They seriously treat their customers like gold and always aim for perfection. You can tell they all get along well and it shows in the teamwork it takes to run a restaurant. I can't say enough how awesome we think Pizza Mia is. Fair warning though, it gets BUSY on the weekends since the hotels and expo get full. So if you go on the peak times, be patient and stay kind. These ladies (and gents) deserve it. This is the time they work the hardest to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!����������

Amazing place and staff. We walked in here by total fate today. The staff bent over backwards to help us with not only great food and drinks but in other ways as well. Anyone that goes out of their way to help someone like they did is something special.
Great food and amazing service. One of my favorite pizza places. Ordered the chicken wrap and it was amazing. One of the best I have ever had. After wards I ordered a pizza to go. Had the BBQ chicken. And those are hard to balance between the sauce, chicken, and pineapple.. this one was perfect! Simply amazing!
Friendly spot - awesome staff, great place to grab a beer and some good food! Try the meatball grinder, it's out of this world. Pizza is really tasty too. A hidden gem in North Portland! Perfect for travelers staying at the Marriotts down the street or the residents at the apartments and condos in the neighborhood.
I was working down the street and passed Pizza Mia on the way so I walked down for pizza at lunch and glad that I did. Good pizza at a decent price.
So fun to walk into this establishment! The spirit of Christmas was so evident and classy. My spirit was imminently lifted! The decorations were second to the staff attentions to detail. Liz and Macy were so sweet! The manager, Michele was equally as kind making sure my experience was good. This is a neighborhood joint. If you want to feel like one of the “Cheers” characters come here. They always know your name and make you feel special. Thanks to all of you at Pizza Mia for making me feel extra special!!!
This place is amazing! The wife and I were craving pizza and we didn't want to waste the calories on mediocre pizza. WE DIDN'T. The owner was very nice, the pizza was excellent, good selection of craft beers. We will definitely be back and we're telling all our friends about it.
Fantastic experience. The service was amazing. Our appetizer came out in just about 5 minutes, and the rest of our food came out in about 10. The food was also very good and she catered to our specific needs understandingly. There was even a big group taking up an entire table (at least 15 people) who were very needy and demanding. Even tho this experience would dishearten most, michelle, our server, was still cheery and provided excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!
Great place! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Sad to see some ex employees dumping on them for no good reason. Pizza is amazing, and recommend the Mia Burger with blue cheese and bacon. My go-to place for happy hour!
Pretty relaxed atmosphere. It feels more like a sports bar/hangout space than a sit down restaurant. They have good discounts on appetizers before 5pm.
We had the tater tots with Cajun seasoning and the bbq chicken pizza and both were really good. The pizza is a little pricey, but they definitely delivered something worthwhile.
Walked over here from the Jubitz and enjoyed the ambience of the place. Everyone eating/drinking there was a regular so I guess that says a lot about the place. The servers were nice but one of them was having some personal problems at home that was affecting her work.
The boneless wings were excellent and fries were cooked crispy just how I like them. They have some good beers on tap plus a full bar. Also got a meat lovers to go and it was good. My only complaint would be that they need a personal pizza not just a 12" or 18".
Happy hour is between 2-5 PM and they have some discounts on beer and well drinks.
We were in there last night...BEYOND BUSY!! They had 2 groups of 40+ people(teams) with being completely packed. They kept everyone up to date on how long it would be for getting food. We were told it could take up to/longer than 2hrs. With it being a Friday Night, PACKED house..no problem. We are in there quit a bit, we’ve seen busy, we’ve seen slow, we’ve seen busy busy, this was INSANE. Beyond impressed how well the staff took care of everyone! Impressed how the kitchen was getting food out ASAP. Thank you for all the communication and hard work last night. Great job on rolling with the INSANE busyness, keeping a smile on your faces, and keeping both 40+ groups-KIDS and coaches happy with everything. It’s all about keeping the kids happy and having their bellies full. Keeping communication with the rest of the restaurant on time frames. THANK YOU PIZZA MIA! Hope you guys got a little rest last night before coming back at it today! Cheers!
