I already love Peruvian food, and this place takes my love to the next level. Don't be fooled by the casual setting-- the cuisine here is top notch fine dining. Don't miss the anticuchos, the chicken was so flavorful and perfectly cooked that we devoured it before I remembered to take a photo! The empanadas are delicious, ceviche was fresh and tangy, and the lamb was comforting. Will be back to try everything on the menu!

2023 - Dec: Still a favourite neighborhood spot! The dishes are as good now (likely the 5th time we've visited over the year) as when we ate the first time. 2021: Make reservations! This is a popular spot and given the quality of the food and the excellent service it comes as no surprise. The steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare and juicy but not too soft. The empanadas were warm, fluffy, with great pastry texture and great filling. The ceviche is amazing, with a nice citrus bite. Will def eat here again.

The food is amazing! The lamb was especially delicious but $27 is a bit spendy for a dish predominantly of rice, beans, and such a small portion of lamb. I had planned on getting some ceviche until I saw that it was $30. Again, the food is great! The ambiance is lovely. The staff were too. I would easily give this place 5 stars if I didn't find the cost to be a tad high in opinion.

Perfect setting with even more perfect food. This is an authentic taste of Peru brought to you by a family that takes sincere pride in their craft. You can taste the heart in Casa Zoraya's recipes. The flavor profile of each dish is so delicatably complex that it feels like an honor to experience each dish. The presentation is impeccable and the service is warm without an ounce of pretention.

Loved it! It was just the vibrant meal that I needed on a gray day. Really, every thing about this place is vibrant! The location is “unassuming” as they say, but the moment you step inside the door, you’ll be transported, have no fear. Foodwise, the lamb and ceviche were both fantastic. Not to compare to a certain restaurant that starts with an A, but this was better.

The food here was absolutely amazing. As a Peruvian growing up on this food, I have to say this is genuinely authentic cooking but with an elevated level of plating.

The food here is phenomenal. First time here and won’t be the last. Dined at the patio. Patio is enclosed and covered… no doggies allowed unfortunately. Between the two of us, we ordered an appetizer and two entrees. By far our favorite was arroz chafa.

This, by far, has become our favorite restaurant. It has an authentic feel as the decor, music, and food is very Peruvian. We had two appetizers (salad and prawns), entrées for two ( paella and pork belly rice), and a shared desert (chocolate ice cream with bits of Mexican chocolate with a blue corn syrup). They were very accommodating for our food allergies (GF) as the menu states what is vegetarian and GF. The food was really tasty with lots of color in the presentation. We will definitely be coming back to our new favorite restaurant.

I was ready to like this place more, but my experience ended up with a bit of a damper. Granted, the food is quite good, and they offer a healthy variety of options. Sadly, their menu is easily %30 overpriced. I’ve had just as good Peruvian food elsewhere and paid much less for very similar quality ingredients. I still enjoyed the food, the staff were very welcoming, and the place has a nice atmosphere… but seriously, $32 for an arroz chaufa is pushing it. If you really want to try them out, go for it, it’s a good place, but be ready to overpay for what you get.

The food was absolutely delicious and unique. The presentation of the food and atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful. This is a great place to try if you are looking for high quality interesting and delicious food. Highly recommended! * 2nd time there tonight and it was even better. The food is phenomenal everything is so interesting and full of flavor. We sat outside and I will say, it was freezing even with heater, but next time I'll just trust my instinct and stay inside.
