Such friendly bartenders and great service!!! Found this place during our visit. We needed a place to watch a Warrior game. This will be my go to place on my visits for viewing sports. 👍🏼
A gypsy soul that for the first time wasn't excited to see somewhere new.... While looking for another place I stumbled here and found great service, food, drinks and music....quickly changed my attitude and made the 9 hours of travel from Orlando worth it!!
Stopped by to watch the NFL. They have a bunch of screens showing all the games. Food was classic bar food but of a decent quality, came out quickly and hot. Great selection of beers on tap and a full bar for cocktails. Service was attentive. Will definitely come back.
Great bar in a prime location. This is a huge bar with loads of TV screens on every wall. There was a nice selection of brews on tap. There was plenty of open seating. Our bartender, named Tuesday, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She took good care of us, also giving us some advice on where to go for entertainment during our stay. I, of course, could only give 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the drug crazy people banging on the windows outside and coming in screaming. This was not the fault of the Independent but still reflects on the customers' experience.
Wow! I was expecting bar food, but that is not the case.. in a good way. The cajon style fish and chips blew me away. They might be the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to British pubs. Highly recommend.
Nice spacious sports bar with a ton of flat screens for all your big game needs! They have a vast list of great beer on tap for a decent price. Their food is solid. Gourmet bar food. Just an all around good spot to spend a few hours watching sports with your friends!
My bartender Ali was super nice. I just hung out by myself and watched MNF. Chicken tenders/ ball are really good.
The sports bar to go-to, for any and all games/matches! Plenty of TV's, delicious food, and a full-service bar. My biscuits and gravy, and Chicago dog were top-notch. Not to mention their Pickle-Back is served with homemade juice. Professional service (thank you Merete), and an overall relaxing sports scene. There's also one pool table for in between games.
Good sports bars. We were visiting from MD and asked if they had the Big10 network, yep! Appetizers and drinks were good.
Sorry I was hungry and ate one of the bbq sliders before my picture. Their house bbq sauce is a sweet with the slightest tang it’s and absolute delight. The sliders also have like a coleslaw topping that gives a wonderful texture. Then they give the option to upgrade your fries too rosemary garlic for a small up charge such a wonderful flavor profile. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Nice atmosphere, and even funner on NFL sunday. Chili cheese fries were quote delicious!
This is THE place to watch college football downtown. They will put on whatever game you want but it's probably already on to begin with. Limited veggie options knock it down for me but my friend lovednhis burger. The service is sooo good. Doesn't need to be that good but it is.
