Highly recommend the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and Vegan Ramen. Pine Street location is utilitarian because there are multiple restaurants within the hall that allows for many options for indoor diners.
This place is wonderful! We tried the vegan black garlic shoyu & the vegan red ramen. We also got the fried tofu. The fried tofu was amazing! Seriously, I’m going to be craving that for days. They really treated the tofu right all around. Most ramen places with vegan options just throw in bland tofu, but this was perfectly marinated and cooked with a delicious char. The noodles were fresh and a great texture & the broth was very flavorful. I’m impressed & will definitely be back!
Obsessed with this place!!! One of the best ramen restaurants in town. Their vegan options are legit - they don't cop out with soy milk - the vegan shoyu broth is some of the best I've had (my friend said their meat broth is delish too, a combo of chicken and pork). I'm especially a fan of the garlic shoyu ramen (they also offer a spicy version if you're feeling up for that). And they have plenty of other non-ramen veggie options like Mapo tofu, Japanese curry rice, shishito peppers, and popcorn fried tofu. I can tell they really care about making authentic dishes that are hands down delicious. I have yet to have a bad meal there. And they're super friendly! A great spot to go for lunch downtown or out with friends or family for dinner - lots of seating and centrally located.
