Spin Laundry Lounge

Just finished what was easily 4-5 loads of laundry. I tried this place out thanks to a gift card I received. The wash rates are on the expensive side but the dryer is shockingly cheap. I spent $20 to wash about 50lbs of clothes and only $1.75 to dry all of that in a giant dryer machine. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the management needs to do a lot better to provide better customer service online! The phone number for the Fremont St location doesn't work. Apparently the Broadway location doesn't have a working phone number either?!! I tried the text option for machine stays updates (they advertise this service on their website) but never got a text in response. I called several times today before driving across town (I didn't want to do it in vain!). The calls and straight to voice mail because, surprise... There's no working number!! That said, the staff was very helpful when I visited. Happy to drive home now with all of my laundry done. Oh and you get free unscented detergent for every wash.

Stopped here while visiting from out of town. Loved it! The machines were reasonably priced and easy to figure out, they have single-use eco-friendly detergent for purchase, there were a few arcade games upstairs to pass the time, the bulletin board gave some ideas of things to do while in town, and there were some spots nearby to grab coffee and a bite (since the cafe was closed when we went).

The owner is nice, but the neighborhood looks sketchy (homeless camps all over the area) and they only have 4 parking spaces so I had to park down the block aways (which wouldn't be very convenient for alot of laundry or rainy weather). There were two one stall bathrooms and the farther once was all tagged up and had a sharps container (I didn't check the closer one). Even the changing table was tagged up so I didn't feel safe to change my baby there. She refilled the soap when I told her it was empty and was very nice to work with even honoring the remaining balance on a gift card purchased two years ago. If you want to support her eco laundry mission, try the other location. It was much larger and nicer.
