I have only been to Blue Collar one time but it was a very pleasant experience. Not the cheapest coffee shop in town, but good quality for what you pay.

Known for their bundt cakes and other cakes/cookies, but they also have little tasty $0.50 cocoa cookies that go great with espresso. Also, free WiFi for customers and a few outlets. Couch and comfy seats in the back.

Good coffee. Not overrun by hipsters. Wife said her cranberry scone was the best scone she's ever had. My scone was good.

Neat little bakery/coffee shop next to Embassy Suites. Wonderful lattes and scrumptious bakery goodies. A happy discovery.

I've never been in here but my company supplies us with cookies from Blue Collar once a month. They look and taste like homemade, in the best way.

I got scones that are half off so they are a little dry but still nice.
Normally $2.50 look like amazing $1.25 scones

Nice corner space serving excellent baked goods; they know their niche, giving cupcakes over to Saint, croissant and the like to other local bakers. Come here for comfort and home style baking - cookies and bundts. Slogan is "we're not afraid of butter." Today I was greeted right when I walked in and had a well made latte with Water Avenue espresso.
For those wanting them, they do offer bagels, scones, and panini for lunch.
