Mine and my daughter's favorite local Italian restaurant. Paolo never disappoints. Better than most memories I have eating in Firenze. The difficult part is choosing between the Gnudi and the Tagliatelle. The service is excellent and the atmosphere charming both in and outside.

Great restaurant with a curated Tuscan Italian menu. Plates tend to err on the smaller side, so you may want to make sure you have an appetizer or sides. Overall the food was fresh and the pastas delicious.

A great little Tuscan restaurant in SE. we had a couple drinks that were well made. split a Radicchio salad and had two entrees. The Florentine style Pork Loin and the Braised Rabbit. The rabbit is the best thing on the menu.

That's how we felt from the moment we walked in the door. Our table wasn't quite ready, but the owner and staff mobilized to make us very comfortable for the few minutes we had to wait before being escorted to a beautiful seating area in the back. The wine and food were outstanding. We savored several smaller plates and enjoyed excellent service throughout. Delightful in every respect!

Intimate and delicious. A special place on Clinton for a little fancier dinner than my norm. The food is flavorful and the wine is nice. I’ve been at least three times and it’s especially a favorite on a cold night when it gets dark at 5pm. I can’t wait to go again.

This place definitely deserves five stars. My husband and I went in for a date night dinner and it was the most romantic date we’ve been on in months because of this amazing restaurant. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and extremely nice. The ambiance was romantic, bubbly and lively. The food was AMAZING across the board. Our entire meal was fresh, light and tantalizing. My husband and I could quite literally drink their red sauce- it was the best I’ve ever had; my mother is Italian so that says a lot. I am a chef myself and I was so excited to see gnudi on their menu as it’s one of my favorite pastas to make and a lot of people have never even heard of it. I had to go with their special though - potato gnocchi in an heirloom tomato sauce with fresh basil and mozzarella. The gnocchi was perfect, delicate and soft- with a melt in your mouth texture and a perfectly seasoned tomato sauce that kept the heirloom tomato as the star. You really tasted the freshness of summer in the dish. My husband had their rabbit dish (the name on the menu is slipping my mind) which was served with two crispy polenta cakes. The dish was extremely well balanced and cooked. As far as wine goes their wine list is intriguing and impressive. Our waiter was eager to show us some wines by the bottle when I told him we would be sharing one. It was clear he has a true passion for wine and I love being waited on by people who WANT you to drink wine and go in depth talking about the wines and how they pair with the food. We settled on their rose and it was a perfect pairing. Also, it was very obvious all of the staff enjoyed working there- which is the biggest giveaway of a successful business. Burrasca has warmth and soul. I normally don’t ever leave this long of a review but the meal and experience touched my soul. We will definitely be returning!

This is our third time here for dinner and my wife has been here a couple of times for lunch. They always have an amazing menu and wine list and the service is top notch. We ate in the small courtyard behind the restaurant and we had a great experience! We both highly recommend this place for the best in Italian cuisine.
