The morocaan spices hit.
Delicious coffee, tea, laté's. Haven't eaten here so, not sure about that.
(Ask for the dehydrated honey topping 😋)
Staff has always been friendly and welcoming.
Chairs are comfy.

This is a lovely, good-looking coffee shop in the Pearl District in a classy area, parking may not be the best at all times but it's a nice walk to get to. The interior is pretty nice and service tends to be quick, not very much seating inside but that's been okay for me as I typically take my drinks to-go. They have a really good red velvet latte that I would recommend and have not found elsewhere.

Fantastically spiced coffee. Interesting flavor options though they also serve regular coffee. Definitely recommend trying out their Moroccan spiced coffee.

Ovation coffee and tea in Portland is one of the best cafes in the city. Upon entering the cafe, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The decor was tasteful and modern, with plenty of comfortable seating options to choose from.
As a self-proclaimed coffee addict, I can confidently say that the coffee at Ovation is some of the best I've had in Portland. The baristas are incredibly skilled and take pride in every cup. I ordered a latte and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and creamy it was.
In addition to the coffee, the tea selection at Ovation is also noteworthy. The staff are knowledgeable about the various types of teas they offer and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
One thing that sets Ovation apart from other cafes is their commitment to sustainability. They use compostable cups and lids, and their coffee beans are sourced from sustainable and ethical farms.
Overall, I highly recommend Ovation coffee and tea in Portland. Great coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to sustainability make this cafe stand out.

First time here during our road trip. Tried Moroccan Pistachio latte, liked the taste of it but almond taste on the background was too much for me. Also tried veggie biscuit, that was fresh and nice. My wife tried mint tea, flavor was too strong for her.

Had the best coffee I’ve had in Portland this past weekend. The Moroccan pistachio latte was absolutely incredible. Will for sure be back! ☕️

First time visited and I had pistachio latte.
The spice is gracefully blended with pistachio aroma and I love it! Will definitely come back again.

A lovely little coffee / tea shop that has a little Moroccan influence. We got the Moroccan mint tea, pistachio latte, a scone and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious. I love the little ornate teapot that the tea came in. The scone was just the right amount of softness inside and crispiness outside. You get a nice view of fields park if you're sitting outside. Parking is relatively easy too.

I was searching for a quick breakfast place nearby since we were in town visiting and planned to take a day trip outside the city. That's when Ovation caught my eye because it had hundreds and hundreds of reviews with a perfect 5-star rating. We got here at around 8:45 AM on President's Day and there were a few street parking spots available.
They have many, many drinks so I would recommend looking up the menu beforehand and deciding (which is what I did), or else it can be overwhelming if you have to decide in the store. I had the iced Moroccan mint tea, which was super refreshing. My husband had the vanilla matcha latte and it was sickeningly sweet. Even he says so, and he is the one with the sweet tooth.
For food, I had the Supreme Biscuit (egg patty stuffed with spinach, garlic, mushrooms, tomato, and mozzarella cheese, topped with turkey sausage and layered with pepperjack and cheddar). This was good but after eating it for a while, I noticed there was some spice in it that I wasn't a huge fan of, but couldn't quite put my finger on what it was. I liked my husband's sammie better. He had the Gyro Biscuit (lamb gyro, egg patty, goat cheese, roasted tomato on a biscuit). I've never had a breakfast sandwich with gyro in it, so I liked it. However, I don't like goat cheese so that's why I didn't get this one for myself. If I could go back, I would see if they could sub the cheese for a different one.
Although the breakfast menu is small with just four sandwiches on it, I appreciate the uniqueness of it. Overall, it was still a nice breakfast. It was not overly heavy, yet filling enough to last us until a late lunch.
