Andy, Stephanie, Michelle, Zack, Kimberly, and Rochelle are of the best of people who treat my sons and I with nothing but kindness. This is the only place my sons and I go to for breakfast. They give my sons amazing attention. It feels like family.
Low key atmosphere and great food makes this a place I can come back to regularly.
The food was good, but the basic fare expected at a diner. I really like the hashbrowns with bacon bits and sourcream, though. The toast was not very good.
The pumpkin cream pie was my husband's favorite thing.
I don't like that we ordered the pie slice to share, and the waitress said she was giving it to us on the house. We left a nice tip in thanks. Later on, we found out that it was free pie Wednesday, and we could have gotten 2 for free with our meals.
Good food any time of day. Even at 11 at night it was still made fresh to order. I had pancakes, bacon and eggs. In a group, everyone can have what they're craving. Great selection of pies for after your meal. And they are great pies. We had our food in a fair amount of time.

I don’t have any pictures. We just went on vacation November 2023. First we had breakfast with Dana he was so kind and attentive. The food came fast and it was so delicious!! I haven’t had a good breakfast like this in a while. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes so so good!!
The following day (yes we went again) for dinner we had Dee serving us! Let me tell you she can give me a run for my money! She is the sweetest and funniest!! Didn’t even write our order & got it to perfection!! The dinner was so so good!!
These two waiters deserve a very high raise!! The food is amazing and the pie is also!!! Thank you Portland for an amazing experience!!
I got the burger which was on par with this style of classic diner. The big draw for me was the selection of pies that are offered here. The waitress was attentive and the food came out in a reasonable time.
The food was good quality, employees beyond nice, close to the hotel, good prices!
We had DeeDee as our waitress, and she is a spunky little tornado! I mean that in the best way. My husband and I go out to eat often, and she is by far the best waitress ever. I bet she does circles around others half her age. She checked on us multiple times and was very pleasant. I look forward to visiting Portland again just so we can come back here and hopefully get lucky enough to have her as our waitress again.
I was recently in Portland for a business trip. Shari's was walking distance from my hotel. Due to its close proximity and actually had lunch here and then breakfast the following day as well. Not a bad spot. It was a little weird that they have a room in the back that is 21 up, I suppose for gambling. But we just don't have those types of things where I live so it's just probably normal there.
Food was average good size portions. There was only one server and I absolutely take my hat off to this lady. Seating guests, getting coffee, taking orders and bringing food out to the tables all on her own. Never lost her cool, amazing.
It kind of reminds me of Dennis Restaurant. For the most part, the food was good. For it to be my first time there. I got the breakfast pancakes, scramble eggs, hash brown and bacon. My bacon could of been a little longer. They was so short but it was crunchy like I like.
