Every time we go to Jacqueline's we have a wonderful meal. We particularly enjoy pairing the family style entrees with a couple of small sharing plates. It is a ton of food, but the flavor profiles of their savory pork, fresh trout, whole chicken, amazing oysters, etc, are all so different that it is worth it to oder a couple of different things just to experience them. Really great.

Food AND cocktails are absolutely gorgeous! Eat here, and go for the “chef’s choice” option! Sooo much food and all the best highlights from the menu - you definitely won’t be disappointed!

What a gem for this neighborhood to have. I heard this was a great place to try to walk in on a Monday, and to our surprise, we were able to grab a seat at the bar. The different seafood options and the veggies were so delicious, my cocktail was perfectly paired, and the restaurant had such a nice vibe. Our server at the bar was really kind too. We want to try everything on the menu so we'll definitely be back.

Amazing!!! One of the best seafood meals of my life. We ordered 7 dishes and sat at the oyster shucking counter. The oysters were excellent, had ones sourced from 3 different areas. Had a hamachi caviche that was incredible. And a shrimp tom kha soup that we loved. Service was excellent. And beautiful atmosphere. My wife and I love fine dining and we highly recommend it.

Truly one of my favorite dining experiences in Portland! Split 2 mains, 2 sides, 1 -half dozen order of oysters, and dessert between 2 and it was just the right amount of food. Oyster location and flavors were described by our server and included some sauces and oils to pair with that ranged from spicy to more fish oil flavored. I would get a dozen oysters to try some more of the combinations of oysters with sauces they have. The sides came out first (toast and lobster roll) and then the mains followed by dessert. The timing was perfect and we were able to enjoy all of our food without feeling too full by dessert. If I had to choose one dish to recommend that was surprisingly delicious, it would be the broccoli toast! There is some fish on it as well that paired so nicely! Such a simple dish, but so well done! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a neighborhood date night spot, a friendly group dinner, or a special celebration spot for a small group. Looking forward to coming back to try happy hour and more items on the menu I did not get to try.

Food is spot on - fresh, innovative, and incredible flavors. The smashed cucumbers with nectarines and dukkah was a revelation, and both the Salt Spring mussels and grilled swordfish were amazing. This is definitely a very Portland hipster-vibing place, as supervised by Steve Zissou. Happy hour is great if you like fresh oysters, otherwise not much on the HH menu, but stay for dinner because it's very worth it. Reservations are a must.

Price: Many things were market price Food: Everything was super fresh, presentation was on point, accompaniments were paired to perfection. The cool thing about Portland.. is that they serve you things that are in season and fresh. Garden to plate. Service: Everyone worked together so we saw multiple waiters dropping off food. In addition our waitress was attentive and always available. Environment: Cozy but enough seating. Decor was eclectic. The three of us came for my best friend’s birthday dinner. But you can see there were people here for business meetings, along with dates. NTT [[Next Time Try]]: I look forward to trying whatever is in season next time Have fun exploring! See you out there! xo

Fantastic seafood spot we found our first night in Portland. So happy with our choice. Unique beautifully plated dishes, fresh fish and a cozy boutique antmosphere. The trout was the highlight of the meal for us but all dishes posted were fantastic.

My favorite dinner spot in Portland. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, seasonal menu, friendliness and knowledge of the staff. The foood was so fresh. I’m still thinking about the Crudo and the oysters. Will definitely be back soon.

One of my go to spots when I’m craving oysters and seafood. They never disappoint. They have walk ins but best to make reservations and leave walk ins for out of town visitors. I did the “served family style” once and got to try so many different items from the menu. It was a little too much food for me. Since, we just order a la carte and share. This time we ordered 6 dishes + dessert and it was the perfect amount for two. Everything was delicious and there was a standout. It was the last dish that came to the table…. Squid ink udon

Cozy restaurant in a converted residence in a sweet neighborhood. Did I tell you about the food? The hamachi crudo is essential, but honestly every dish had a nice surprise burst of flavor. Solid cocktail game as well. Get reservations, otherwise you'll be shut out.

My partner and I enjoyed their happy hour over President Day weekend. We ordered oysters, beet salad, and a lobster bun. All delightful! Our wait person, Brandon, was professional with positive energy. We were a bit surprised that the lobster bun was petite. My partner only took a bite, so I can enjoy most of it. Overall experience was lovely. We recommend making reservations as well as there was a line at 5pm. It felt like we had the fast pass bc of the reservations 😆
