Burger King

Food is good but please teach your employees how to better handle the POS system. I had a simple order which included a double cheeseburger priced at $2.29. The young lady misheard me and put a cheeseburger then added a patty to make it a double, with totaled $2.39. She explained they really couldn't delete stuff from the order. She must've been nervous because she quickly cleared the order from the screen when I asked about this, and didn't hand me the receipt or ask if i wanted it. I had to wait at the window for it after she quickly handed over the food, and she hid her name tag when doing it. I've worked in fast food service/retail and know this POS system error isn't the case, and rather a gap in POS handling knowledge. The 10 cents is whatever but management should be teaching up-and-coming workers not to settle for cheap workaround methods and instead to teach good work ethics and getting things done the right way. This helps establish ethically good habits for later professional work!

I ordered online today and order an offer they had cause it was a meal for two thought cool the two of us eat and go home and chill. We got home to two fries two drinks and only one sandwich when it was supposed to be two . I live 40 mins from there I can't just hop in my car and drive around the corner and ask for my complete meal. By what the other reviews say seems like they don't "accidentally forget" I think they do it on purpose. Check your bags I bet you're missing an item you already paid for.

I drive by this location everyday on my way home that one day I decided give it a try. I had by craving a burger. My first experience there was not pleasant. I had came through the drive thru and placed an order for mozzarella sticks, a (speciality) double cheeseburger, and chicken fries with a large fry. Due to the drive thru line being line, I got out of line and came inside to pay and get my order. When I got the food, 3 out of 4 of my items were not done properly. The mozzarella sticks were cold, the burger was not how I ordered it, and the chicken fries were cold. The only thing done right were my fries. When I asked for a refund, the cashier just gave it to me. He didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong, how can they make it right or why I wanted a refund. I gladly took back my money and threw away the food. I haven’t been back since and I wouldn’t recommend others to experience this location.

Made my mobile order only to get to Burger King with a note on the door once again to say short staffed drive-thru only. This Burger King has the longest drive-thru I've ever had to sit in so I try to avoid it, tonight it's unavoidable. I've been in line for 20 minutes and I still have three cars in front of me there were six to begin with so obviously we're not moving very quickly. I do not really believe that they are short staffed because there's five vehicles out in the parking lot with no one in them so I'm assuming they're inside. I think they're just lazy here at this location and do not like to clean up after people in the lobby.

Sadly everytime I order a Whopper with cheese I never get the cheese from this location. Ordered today and they got my order wrong twice so I gave up. Ive noticed the staff needs to be at the register when taking orders. They try to do it from memory and they fail. Might want to consider replacing managementor these issues will continue.
