All the five star reviewers aren't accustomed to eating good Texas BBQ from the Hill Country.
The sides were good maybe close to a 4.5/5, however the brisket was dry and not moist as evident from the photo. 3/5 For being part of the "point" of the brisket you'd expect more. The sausage was decent in flavor, but needed to be smoked longer. Would give the place a 3.5, but trying to help support small business as they might be the best bbq place in the area, but is far being great Texas BBQ.

Yesterday was our first time. We got there about 1 pm and most of food was gone! They do warn you at their website. Since they are open at 11am and close at 3pm we figured 1pm would be good. Wrong! We won’t be snoozing and losing next time. We did get some food and everything was GOOD! We always look for good bbq and travel to get it AND this place is literally down the street! Now we don’t have to travel!

I took my wife and son today to get some BBQ. It was my second time there and all I can say is how I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner! This is great bbq! The sides are almost as good as the meat which is as good as I've had, and I go to many cook-off functions!! Will be back soon and strongly recommend anyone to give this place a visit!!

The brisket is sooo freakin good omg! I have been wanting to go here for a while now but could never catch it open! This is my second time going and I hands down recommend giving this place a try!

Went to their stand at the Save America Rally in Conroe TX. The credit card machine was not working & I was accidentally over charged. Owner made it right & fast. Great customer service . They care more about you being feed good BBQ than anything else. Great outfit and even better owners. We will be making the trip to New Caney to get this BBQ! Super place!

No lie... The sliced brisket (fatty end) bbq sandwich ..the best I've had to date. They loaded it with meat! The BBQ sauce was just as good! Worth every dollar.
