Burger King

Their service is the worst. I don't usually ever eat at Burger King I've probably had Burger King twice before, but deside to give it a try. The girl who helped us was being rude we obviously haven't been there in years so we dont know the menu, she was being impatient when we finally ordered they didn't give us a receipt they made us wait for our food for 15 minutes mind you this store is completely dead only 2 other customers. When we finally get our food the fries are cold and we recieved the wrong order at this point I'm tired of arguing going back and forth so I didn't request a refund nor anything just threw my food away rather loose $25 than getting sick. Dont recommend completely disappointed so I will most definitely will never go back to Burger King! Stick to whataburger or chickfila they never disappoint!🤷🏽‍♀️

We received someone else's order through the drive-thru. I am a vegetarian, and they stuck me with a chicken sandwich... terrible service. They were very rude about it, too. Now I have to go to my card company to get a refund for this. My friends pressured me into eating here after 14 years of absentence from fast food. First time in 14 years, there were hardly any customers present (very slow), and you STILL couldn't get the order right. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for my order. I got home and all the orders had no cheese and I was missing the whole kids meal. I called them back and someone on the phone said come back and well make it right. I got to the window and was greeted by the manager Ricky Olivares. He asked what I wanted to do about i . I said I dont know but whoever I talked to on the phone said they would make it right. Then he proceeded to say well what do you want me to do give you the cheese for the burgers, I told him whenever Whataburger messes up they replace the whole order. He then said he couldn't do that because he would be short. So I told him to just give me the kids meal and make sure it had cheese because I heard him tell his team a kids meal with mayo only. I then proceeded to tell him I'd be calling the 1800 number and make sure they were aware of the shady service they had. He then tried to bribe me by saying he could make me a whole new order if I didnt call the 1800 numbe . I said no thanks and I wouldnt be returning to a BK franchise ever again.

Were from out of town and decided to stop and eat here on the way home. When we pulled around to pay and get our food. The lady that took our money didn't even count it so she didn't give us change because I guess she expected exact change, and then the manager who served us our food was extremely rude and short with us after we told her we got the wrong drink size and didn't get our change. After finally getting our change and the correct drink we thanked her and she gave us a "yeah" and slammed the window. And on top of all of the rude service our food was just thrown in the bag. The fries were not even in the container. Terrible service and leadership.

When Jose is gone , service is terrible! Lunch 2:45 the window girl Ashley is very rude . We purchased over 30 dollars of food for 4 people and she became hostile throwing a large cardboard box holding hundreds of packets of ketchup on the drive up counter at the window , and extremely rude with verbal and body language when I simply asked her for more ketchup as we only had one in the bag . And zero napkins . Jose please come back and controll the rudeness. Dec 1 -18 Returned for my daily morning run . No one would take my payment at window , no one at drive up window , so I drove away .....
