This place was right next to our hotel but was worth EVERY penny!!! The employees were super dope, service was awesome even after ordering. They say they have the best perch, which was good but HANDS DOWN they have some of the BEST Walleye I've ever had!! The fish was juicy, tender, and lightly breaded. The clams were also a nice size and very tasty as well. Combo of great food and patio seating, that's hard to beat.

We have been making the one hour trip to Port Clinton for years. Once we discovered Jolly Rogers we never go anywhere else to eat. It is the best lake perch I have ever ate. Never once have we had a bad piece of perch. I also love the walleye but eat that less often. I always get the onion rings and they are wonderful. With the fish and onion rings both fresh not frozen really matters for taste.

Very good fried fish. The perch and walleye are great choices. The tarter sauce is slightly different but very good. The slaw is crisp and tasty. Great place for lunch, dinner, or take away.

Best perch I’ve had in a long time! We placed our order from the parking lot and in less than ten minutes our food was out. There was a super friendly and efficient crew working on a busy Sunday afternoon. Definitely worth the extra drive after the place we wanted to go in Sandusky was closed. I’m looking forward to the next return visit already!
