Arby's

They use to be amazing 2 years ago. The staff changed and the space is small. They need a bigger spot for Port Clinton. Especially for how busy they are daily.The staff there now deserve that, and the customers deserve more space too. Food was great but amazing before. I honestly think moral is down because the employee deserve more. Just an honest opinion from an honest customer.

Ordered from drive thru. When I got to the window, the price increased by about 50 cents. I told the woman it was different. She said " it is what it is". She handed me a bag, and I waited for my drink. After about 30 seconds, she rudely said "What?". I asked her for my root beer. She angrily said, my order didn't come with a drink. Then she realized she gave me the wrong order. I started to hand her back the bag, and asked if I could get what I ordered. She freaked out, and screamed no. Started ranting about how she is overworked and underpaid. Then said, I was getting nothing except my money back. I asked for a manager. She screamed for some young kid to come to the window. He also rudely told me I was getting nothing, and to leave. Neither would provide their names. Myself, and my family will never be back.
