I can say with a reasonable level of confidence that Bistro 163's eggs Benedict was the best I've ever had in my entire life and I am a fanatic for it. I'll add that I got the corn beef hash version, the corn beef was melt in your mouth good, the egg was perfectly runny, and the English muffin on the bottom was soft and easily cuttable with a fork unlike a hard English muffin that you can sometimes get.

The absolute BEST idea for a restaurant EVER! Bistro 163 is a pay as you can restaurant, meaning, if you have the means to pay and can do so, please do. All extra money goes to footing the bill for those who can't pay right now. And even though the staff is all volunteer, the service and food is second to none! Super friendly people giving of their time for others. I wish there was a restaurant like this in every community. Their soup and sandwich specials at lunch really taste good and are filling.

Can’t wait to come back for another meal. I highly recommend you everyday to someone. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything we ordered was outstanding! You won’t be disappointed. Pretty tasty. Great service. Wife had chicken salad croissant. Lots of chicken salad. I had their BLT. And tomato soup bisque. Very good.

This place place is so much more than just a great restaurant (the food is amazing!), it's a place of friends and service. Ed gave us a wonderful history of how this non-profit restaurant came to be and how it has functioned to uplift their community by providing meals to anyone in need. And in turn the community uplifted them during covid so that they could provide an incredible amount of meals to anyone in need during the pandemic. Love their mission and will definitely be back! Thank you guys for what you do!
