Had the best smoothie I have ever had from this location on this morning. The purchase was made between 9:30-10Am . The reason I am giving a three stars is because when I called the store to compliment and let them know how delicious the smoothie was and whom had made the smoothie they refused to tell me who made the smoothie. They said they didn't know who made it. This is the most craziest thing that I have ever heard of. Makes no sense to me. No I am not giving a 5 star rating because of what was done.

Not happy at all - First thing the last couple of times that i went there then couldn't scan my app. and tried typing my cell number and that would not work either and this morning 4-22-22 I ordered a large chocolate lean one and it came out white I asked the girl if that was a Chocolate lean one and she said yes now I go there just about every day. I said did they put chocolate in it, she said that's how they are made. I said ok thank you

I go to smoothie king twice a month as my only treat to myself when I get paid. I always get a peanut power plus with no banana and extra PB. This location made it BY FAR the worst, absolutely disgusting and full of chunks of protein. Thank God I work at a restaurant and could blend it when I arrived.
Dont order chocolate from this location.

First off we went into the drive thru and nobody would answer so we went to see what was going on and they was on their phones playing instead of answering the drive thru. Second we go in and they serving people in the drive thru first that was way after us. Worst service EVER!!

Whether going through the drive-thru or walking in, visiting this Smoothie King location is ALWAYS an experience. It’s usually the highlight of my Friday morning. My smoothies ALWAYS taste great! But the staff is what sets this SK apart. They’re consistently efficient, welcoming and friendly. To the owner, if you’re reading this....please, give them their flowers. ♥️

Taste was fine. ...extent if my good review. Waited 20 min to get to window after placing order, window opens and I'm asked what my order was again. Swiped my card, another 6 minutes before I get my half melted smoothie, cup covered in red syrup which then ruins my shirt. Worst smoothie king experience I've had.

Wait time was very long in drive thru (late afternoon). When got to window, was told they were training someone and they apologized for the wait. I only ordered a kids size and a small smoothie. Waited the longest for the kids smoothie. Seemed a little long even with training. Maybe unseen issues? Don't know, but this location seems to always be slow in drive thru. I'm hesitant to go there bc of the long wait in drive thru.

Smoothies are really good and I love the Caribbean Way...I was just wondering if y’all could somehow get me a free one any size but free cause I think they are to high…plus the last one I had was very watery but still good
