We found this gem today thanks to Google maps. It was the best food and great staff. In our group we had a meatloaf po boy, pulled pork, brisket, okra, Mac n cheese and hush puppies. It was all amazing. Plus we had the chance to talk with the owner and he gave us some great recommendations for things to see and do while in Baton Rouge. We will be back!

Traveling back from Houston to Athens, Ga and we came across this place. Lord God��. No qualms from me. I had the 3 meat platter with okra, Mac and cheese and the saucy shrimp. I only ate the sides but tasted everything and it was delicious.
