Pizza Hut

I understand that this place is get a lot of BAD reviews. Now I understand why. I place my order for delivery at 2:30pm and never received my food, when I called MULTIPLE times, I kept getting the run around until I finally spoke to the manager to get my refund, which was three hours later. I wouldn’t recommend any food from this location to my worst enemy. Their customer service is terrible and after reading all these reviews, I know why. Pizza Hut is usually good t ok their customers but this particular location really sucks.

Came to Port Allen Louisiana for work and ordered 5 pizzas and a 12 Peace wing They were extremely courteous when I walked in and I liked the fact that in the 5 minutes that I had to wait I watched everyone wash their hands They were extremely courteous and helped each other as a team with my order because it was a pretty large Order I would definitely recommend this place

I recommend getting pizza delivered from anywhere but here. Waited over an hour for pizza to be delivered to the LaQuinta hotel and when it finally got here it was warm...but totally undercooked, aka "RAW" see pictures. Spent $30 for a pizza and order of cheese sticks for 2 people and we could barely stand to eat 2 slices between the two of us. Very disappointed.

Placed the order early because the future time was 45 minutes after I needed the pizzas so I showed up at 12 to ask them to make it early. It took 40 minutes and the cheesesticks were burnt and the pizzas were not fresh. I work right across the street so the food should have stayed fresh from the 2 minute drive back to feed my employees so I know they were not fresh at all.
