I love the Subs and people are very friendly. Those few days it was closed we had to go to the one in Rincon. It was also great. But I missed the one in pooler ga. We go every Tuesday. To eat lunch.

I’m going to assume this location is under new management! Everyone was smiling and energetic and eager to help! Vs the last few times I’ve gone, the employees seemed overwhelmed, understaffed and stressed. Glad to see it make a rebound!

Kiera (Kyera) was the best! I tried using my app to order my food. As usual, the app wasn't working correctly. Kiera, tried to figure out what the problem was, but didn't, and told me she'd take care of things and made my sandwich anyways. Kiera should get a commendation for being proactive and getting the job done! I recommend this location! It's the best. We'll visit this location again.

Interaction at counter: The lady with the locs was very unpleasant. Not helpful and made my husband’s sandwich wrong …. I asked her for confirmation of the order previously to prevent the delay… we waited patiently and were understanding but the young lady’s attitude was really distasteful.
Huge thanks to Rosey for her friendliness and professionalism. She recovered and refunded us our money back. She understood and kept a friendly behavior with everyone that walked in. She created a great atmosphere even in the mist of a disgruntled colleague.

Outstanding and friendly service. The place was clean, bathrooms clean, dining area clean. The whole process from ordering to food being ready was quick and easy and of course the food was fresh and I might say quite yummy

I came in late last night close to closing time after ordering IHOP online only to arrive and find it was closed due to staffing issues. I felt bad coming in less than a half hour before they closed, but since I'd already paid for dinner elsewhere and it was late I needed to find something to bring home for dinner quickly. The employees were super nice and accommodating, even though they were all cleaning and likely doing their closing tasks. They still had soup and Mac and cheese and it was all fresh. It was nice to get good, quick service and a good meal even though they were about to close. I really appreciate it and will be back. Plus, the brisket is ALWAYS delicious.

I came here with my husband for lunch and absolutely loved it. I ordered the Hook and Ladder. My sandwich was warm and flavorful. Good portion sizes of meat and cheese, really soft bread. The staff here, very friendly. I will return again :-)
