Update: ordered again on 12/15 and they forgot to use the garlic parmesan crust, but fast delivery and the rest of it was accurate.
I don’t order pizza often nowadays, but used to fairly often in the past. I have ordered from multiple Papa Johns locations in multiple cities and states and they are consistent. I just ordered the garden fresh pizza with garlic parmesan crust. My order was accurate, on time and tasty! I only wish they had vegan options.

I drove to Papa John's. The guy who took my order was very polite. He told me it would be about 15 mins. It was ready in 15 minutes. My food was perfect. I would definitely go back again.

This was not Papa John's fault. We bought $98 worth of food and it was delivered with Door Dash but the food never came even though the app said it was delivered. I had to go to the store to ask where our food was. They remade our order and gave me a good discount and cancelled the order Door Dash picked up. I had 4 toddlers and 5 adults waiting for an hour a half longer than what the delivery was supposed to be.
Still have no idea where all our food is from the first order.

Wow! I'm a teacher, and I ordered my pizza to be dropped off when I got home at 8:15. I think I accidentally chose 7:15, and I got a a message in the middle of my class saying it was about to be delivered. I had to walk out of class to call since I wouldn't be home. I was perturbed that it was coming so early when I chose an 8:15 delivery. I spoke to the manager who said the delivery time chosen was 7:25. Despite my attitude and clearly yet accidentally putting in the wrong time, the manager was calm and super understanding. He said he'd cancel the current one and have another one sent at 8:15. Best customer service ever!!! Thank you!!

I've ordered here a lot recently. And the people are super friendly and I've got to know me by name they know what I have before I even walk in the door they don't have to ask usually unless I surprised them and get something separate from my normal. And also they've always been super friendly with but I can tell besides customers wanting something that they did not order or they did not specify and I see them blaming the restaurant for something that was the customer's fault for not specifying on order.. overall I give it a pretty good rating

I love this location. The employees are friendly and the food was great! Also, the wait time on the app may say 90 minutes, but it usually takes around 15. I just watch my papa tracker to see when my order is ready.

I ordered 6 pizzas, bread sticks and brownies the day before I needed them and the app worked so well. The workers were on the spot my food was hot and on time. One of the best experiences I e had at Papa John's!

Pizza was delicious. Although the Drink didn’t go through, the team took the time to understand and made things right! Ms. Sydney gave me the biggest break I’ve ever gotten and I’m grateful. They’re indeed a great team! Anyone who needs a job, this is the place.

I received great customer service from this location. An item was missing from my order, it had gotten swapped with something else another customer ordered who had a VERY similar address to mine. I called the store and was met with a very kind and professional sales woman who immediately went to work to find my missing item. I was given the option to have them send out the next closest driver or receive a credit on my account for the next time I ordered. I went with the first option and they let me know that they would try their best to get my new order out to me. And they did! A young man showed up as fast as he could and hand delivered it to be sure I got what I had originally ordered. Thank you so much guys! We have always had fast service when we order here and we appreciate them working to correct the error.
