I went inside for a to go order every one was helpful & polite. It was a lot faster walking inside compared to the drive thru

Ordered Southwest Grilled salad to go. When I got to my hotel there were 3 small pieces {1/2inch cube} on the salad. There were 6 pieces of tortilla strips. The eggroll was burnt to crisp. It was late and I didn't feel like driving back to the location. It looked like the kitchen was getting low on ingredients.
Usually this location is very good in terms of food quality. This time it was A HUGE failure.

Zaxbys is a decent option for lunch or dinner. It’s chicken fingers in all different forms. Nothing fancy nothing extraordinary but tastes good!

I've been a lover of virtually every Zaxby's location I've visited, and this specific one is certainly no exception. Their menu never disappoints – from the tasty buffalo chicken fingers and perfectly toasted Texas toast to those all-so-cheesy cheddar bites. And, of course, who could forget those delicious chocolate chip cookies? If there's a minor drawback to mention, it would be the extended wait times during peak hours. However, the impeccable quality of the food and the overall experience always make the wait worth it. Highly recommended for a memorable and flavorful meal!

They re-made my order expeditiously after someone apparently walked out with my online order. Zaxby’s really ought to change how they do online order pickup. Anyone from the street can walk in and grab your order. That’s a process they really need to change and I can’t imagine how many times a week this happens. This isn’t the employees fault at all. But wow.

Overall everything was good. I didn’t care for the sauce on the sandwich I got, but that’s a personal preference. The staff were very welcoming, despite the heat, and everything came out quickly. Great expierience!

They were busy. It took a little longer to get my food but it was the dinner rush so that was to be expected. Once I got my meal, I was happy with it. The tenders were JUICY and well seasoned! I loved the peach tea.

I left Zaby's 15 minutes ago and I couldn't wait to leave a review !!!
My family of 6 order was a large one. To be honest, I was thinking we were going to wait a while or something was going to be understandably missing due to all the specifics lol
I was blown away!
From the time we arrived, everyone was VERY courteous, and professional. The service was great and all of our food was made fresh, was hot and smelled awesome.
EVERY item ordered, including the sauces, utensils and enough napkins, were all bagged neatly.
All this in under 8 minutes!!! We ordered around 5:40pm (dinner rush hour) and we all know how congested that part of the city is during that time frame.
We'll definitely frequent this location again! Highly impressed!

Thank you so much for making sure my food was fresh! It meant everything to me that before closing time struck this amazing team didn’t mind preparing a fresh meal for me so I didn’t have a lot of grease! Food was great and my pregnant self ate it all !

This location has a Newly remodeled exterior of building, cute, farmhouse style.. Not sure on the interior as they are still not offering dine in or take out.its still drive through only. There is a tent with a worker out there taking orders that does seem to make the drive through go a little quicker., although there is still a wait if you don't hit it at just the right time.... and your wait could literally be wrapped around the building , to the menu board location. Gotta say though, I love me some Zaxbys and sometimes it's worth the wait!
