We have been eating here for years when we stay and play at the Grand Hyatt. Great food and service with an amazing view, either one of the pools or shipwreck Beach.
The chicken Chinese salad is our favorite, but disappeared before I captured a photo. My son likes the kieki hot dog, but we haven't had anything we didn't like
The kalua pork nachos are delicious and quite a large helping while the quesadillas are amazing.

Great place to eat for lunch at the Grand Hyatt. The only problem I have are the prices. But it is a resort so you might have to take that into consideration.
