The Lanai

The Lanai is a great restaurant! First of all, the food tastes great. They have a wide selection of meals to choose from, all of which are cooked to perfection and displayed beautifully. They also have an extensive bar and drink menu which pairs great with the courses. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, and the open walls adds to that even more. All of the staff were engaged and friendly, especially our waiter who was on top of our meal. I overall had a great dinner and would come back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend having a meal here if you're in the area!

We loved our experience here. We sat at the bar and ordered from the happy hour menu, must get the happy hour specials from 3-5pm, they are fabulous. The bartender was great and we got our food very quickly. We ordered the Avocado Crochetes, the Ono Poppers and the Brie Pizza. All of them were amazing! Highly recommend.

This restaurant had a great atmosphere and great staff who were really friendly and helpful and made conversation. The drinks were great both non alcoholic and alcoholic and were well presented. The food was incredible from the starters which were gorgeous in both looks and taste to the entree’s which were delicious. They had delicious mahi-mahi and over all great ingredients. I would highly recommend this restaurants do visit again.

For the price and location I would recommend you go to the Eating House. Better food and vibe. But the food here was good. Beef short ribs and the chicken dish with jalapeno deviled eggs as an appetizer. All were solid 4 star dishes. For a 5 star meal at the same price point go to the Eating House like 200 yards away. You're welcome.

Someone in the kitchen really loves their panko frying technique! Some ingredients and sauces didn't make sense, flavor wise. I ordered napa cabbage slaw with seared ono (fish) and jalapeno jam. I asked for half cabbage and half salad greens. I received wilted, overdressed greenery and fully cooked chunks of fish, giving me the look and feel of leftovers rather than a crisp slaw. Later, the servers couldn't agree on whether the dressing was supposed to be a spicy aioli or a citrus vinaigrette. Aside from the misstep with the salad, the atmosphere was pleasant, the prices were fair considering the venue, and the service was friendly.

Amazing, sublime, wonderful, etc, etc. really pretty place, very friendly staff, but the food..THE FOOD... was amazing. It was like angels had come from heaven to dust the menu with inspiration and each bite an angels kiss. The avocado croquettes were wonderful and the loco moco out of this world. The risotto had truffle oil in it and the short rib was perfection. Well done!!!
