Added to my favorite list for when I’m in Wisconsin.
This is a quaint little place on main street. Small but balanced menu with a traditional breakfast, omelets, pancakes, etc. 🥘
The staff was harried, it is covid still, but helpful and polite. We can all take a bit more patients nowadays with so many people getting paid not to work.
I had the biscuits and gravy which I must admit that the gravy was average but the biscuits were toasted and buttered. Next time i would get pancakes or eggs and hash browns.
Keep up the good work.
The men’s room had a diaper changing table which is a nice thought for those dads out there.
I forgot to take a pic of the food 😔
Probably 4.5, but let's be nice like everyone working here. Very pleasant late breakfast/lunch. Service was fast, food fresh, hot and tasty! I don't think you can ask for much in a cafe type setting. We'll definitely keep this one in mind when bouncing around the area and hungry. About $35 for 3 of us with a milkshake for the daughter that kicked up the total a bit.
The best restaurant in town. We were in Plymouth for 5 days so went quite a few times. Great service and great food. Highly recommend them
I ordered the bacon and cheese omelette. It was big and loaded with cheese. I didn’t t really taste the bacon that much. The hash browns had a somewhat oily taste. Nice waitress.
Enjoyed our breakfast here at Hub City. Perfect place for a Saturday breakfast before a long bike ride home. Note the extensive hot sauce collection they brought to the table. When we go back to Plymouth again next year, pretty sure this will be our breakfast stop. Classic greasy spoon diner.

What a friendly vibe! I had the chicken fried steak skillet. It was incredible. Great coffee, too. I will definitely be back.
