It took over 20 for my sandwich at 8pm, which is way too long! Beyond that the bread, sauce, tomatoes were great but if there was a half piece of deli turkey that was it. Way way expensive at $15 for that and a cookie. Sad I waited for a sad meal. Plus there are caveats to the offers on the app that aren’t shown. Staff was nice but clearly not organized.

I love panera; this place has especially friendly employees. The prices, as with most paneras, are getting to be a bit high due to inflation, but it's still worth the stop. Try the pick 2 deal; they don't skimp regardless of what form your meal is ordered in.

I like the food, however, I just find the staff to be unprofessional. I don’t like to walk in and hear employees talking about their personal lives behind the counter, cussing while serving up the food, loud music blaring in the background… just not a good atmosphere. The cafe area was quiet and the food was good.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The new chicken sandwhich is amazing and definitely worth a try. I got the spicy one and while it's a little spicy it's not spicy for someone who loves hot food. But it tastes great. Always love the mage smoothies as well as the kithlchen sink cookie and the Asiago bagle.

Nice atmosphere, ordered soup and sandwiches. Everything was good but not great, mild flavors. Bread was excellent. Tables should be cleaned better and more often by the staff. Nice place to chill for a while.

The woman at the driveway thru (rainbow mohawk) was great! Gave me a sample of drink before she made mine to be sure I liked it.

My place of employment often orders for luncheons and meetings, and we've always had great experiences. Ordering online has been a lifesaver and the one time we were disappointed - the driver was about 10 minutes late - we were hand delivered Panera treats from the manager as an apology! Awesome service!

3 separate orders were not completed correctly, including my husband's while we were there. Maybe slowing down just a bit to get the orders correct? Most people are going to be ok waiting a few more minutes if they are getting what they expect to.
