My first time coming to this restaurant and it was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and was great with our kids. She came over always so sweet to us and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was also great! Definitely be back!

Service was something that could use some work: it was just starting to get busy when we got there. Food was good. My wife didn’t order what she wanted so she wasn’t happy. Other than that, I’ll go back again and again. I love those rubbed ribs. Best thing ever. Love the corn on the cob too.

Sorry...we never got seated! They needed much more help. We may go back another time, not sure. After waiting 50 minutes, way toooo long, we left. Understanding the shortage of help these days, we don't blame Chili's. They do have very good chips and salsa when we catered Chili's in the past. I do have 12 grandchildren that would love to work there! Might want to recruit them!

The food was very good! Chicken strips were crispy and delicious. Fries were fresh cut style. The service, on the other hand, was lacking. One in my party was not offered any drink refills. We didn't see our waitress for 10-15 minutes.

Rib eye was done just right great even with flexible menus so I got what I wanted food was good and hot manager was very nice I'll be here again

Arrived and stood by the front to be seated. There were four servers standing there. Three were talking to each other and one was just standing there. None ever greeted us and the one standing by herself just looked at me and nodded? A few minutes later one of them finally acknowledged, but seemed annoyed. I don’t know why it took so long to try to seat us. We left while the server was attempting to seat us with me stating that their service sucks. They clearly saw us standing there and didn’t even smile and say hi or anything. Very bad customer service.

Usually great service but today was a disaster! I didn't mind waiting the 20 mins to be seated. Didn't mind that they were under staffed. What I did mind was our waitresses! The couple next to us werr seated right after my husband and I ordered our lunch. We got our food after that couple was putting there lunch in to go boxes; 20 mins later! Then to top it off I asked for a bag to take my chips home, and for a container for the salsa because I love their chips and salsa! She rolled her eyes at me "sure" she said never received it though. I couldn't believe how my experience was today. Lunch was late and waitress was unpleasant but Food was amazing and the older gentleman that brang us our food was very sweet. Will be back!

I wish we could Remember our servers name she was very good waitress and was training some new guy and we would have liked to have gotten her number. We will definitely be back to visit.
