Sweetfrog Crossroads

I’m not one to complain and always try to make the life of an employee and business owner easy and I try to be reasonable when mistakes are made during a visit to a business but this young lady needs to be placed at the back washing dishes. This is my first and hopefully final bad review. I came in on Sunday 7-18-21 at around 5:20PM with my family of six and I wanted to make the life of this young lady easy by asking her how we should pay since it was six of us and she replied to me with a nasty attitude and acted like I did not exist in front of my family. Plus I was also treated as if I had some sort of sickness when she gave me back my debit card she practically tossed it over her COVID shield instead of handing it to me like she did to others.Sweet Frog should place someone with better costumer service up front because after spending almost 50 dollars the least this business can provide is decent costumer service. Very clean but the employees were less than good. The manager came out to help and literally gave me the smallest scoops of cheesecake bits. I had to tell him 3 times that I wanted more than 1 small piece. That was how small the scoops were. Then the woman at the counter gave me lids that didn't fit our cups and just shrugged when I said something. But beyond that it's very clean inside. That's all I got. I'll continue going to my regular location.
