Taco Bell

So I ordered on the app tonight and was super excited for the chicken tacos and the fiery dorito Gordita! I pulled up to the window & the man with the glasses told me they were out of the dorito taco shells. Frustrating, but ok I said well can I get my money back or add something for the $$difference and he asked the lady and then told me No, because I already paid! I mean seriously! Exactly $30 of my hard earned cash. To me that’s a lot, I don’t splurge on eating out a lot but my teenager wanted to celebrate her A honor roll! And this was truly upsetting. Literally the only thing to be eaten was the chips and cheese. The chicken tacos were HARD AS A ROCK!!! And the the meat in the tacos were so cold, my potatoes and cheese were ice cold. The gorditas were so cold and gooey like they have been sitting, the crunchy shell was just mush. I knew going back would solve nothing as the people working already didn’t seem to give a care! I will not be back to waste more money.

Horrible took it took over 30 minutes to get 2 bean burritos a crunchwrap Supreme and 4 Cinnabon. Employees did not make orders as taken only focused on drive thru it would've taken 2 minutes to get my food like when they started making it but instead waited around for over 25 minutes to make my food

Just wanted to give this Taco Bell location their kudos—by far the friendliest, efficient, and most personable crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of engaging with. My personal experiences with this location have always been exceptional and on a side note: I really appreciate Taco Bell making their menu more vegan friendly with fresco options for the crispy potato soft taco, bean burrito, and bean and rice burrito. Because of the crew members’ always pleasant demeanors, I assume it’s because they’re just inherently pleasant people and/or because they’re blessed to work in a positive work environment. If that’s the case, then great job, Taco Bell. Continue investing in and working WITH your workforce—it makes a noticeable difference in the quality of service and customers like myself greatly appreciate it. 4/10/2022: I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because the girl with the colorful hair who worked drive thru (8:30 p.m. CST) was very unpleasant to deal with. I always have pleasant encounters with the crew at this location, so it’s possible she may be new. However, if she is, then she was a bad hire because her attitude and temperament do not match that of the other crew members. I came back through the drive thru after realizing they gave me old potatoes and politely requested a fresh order. I guess she didn’t like that I had the audacity to expect fresh food after paying for it with my money AND donating to the Taco Bell college fund to help support workers like her. Retrain and educate on customer service and food quality, please.

The usual Taco Bell food, but way way slower service than usual. This is definitely not a “fast food” place. It took over 15 mins to get the simple order we had placed. Also every table in the place was dirty and needed to be wiped down. All of the trash cans where full of trash. The bathroom was out of paper towels and dirty too. There wasn’t even that many customers in the place, and we could see 5 employees working. 🤔

I love Taco Bell and I've frequented this location for over a decade. Staff is usually very nice, but I'm getting really tired of paying for food I don't end up getting. Nearly every single time I'm missing a item or two. Countless times I pay extra to have stuff be supremed, and they're not. Why is the staff not checking the orders correctly? I don't like complaining but this is just getting tiring and I feel like I'm being ripped off every time I go here.

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations. The staff are very friendly and realistic. No robotic and stiff gestures... just a real conversation, short and polite. My true love for THIS location is that they've NEVER gotten my order wrong. Trust me, they've had ample time and I order the strangest things! Normally, I think "fast food" locations are just copies of one another. But... this restaurant is very well organized and prompt with a smile! Thank you!
