It is a delicious sushi and fresh, but you have to be ready for higher price than other sushi restaurants. Also, they have a lot of different types in their menu.

I knew that any sushi restaurant in the SF Bay Area would be pricey. So I picked this restaurant because of its food and atmosphere. The owners were friendly and appreciative. I ordered the chirashizushi bowl. It was delicious, fresh & generous cuts of sashimi.

Went for team dinner here. There are ample options for non-vegetarians, as compared to 6-8 for vegetarians. I am a vegetarian and ordered a veggie roll which was very good and fresh. All the other that the team ordered also looked good and they were really loving each one of the ordered sushis.
Overall a great place for sushi lovers, also does not disappoints veggie lovers.

Best Sushi in the Bay Area. I try something new every time and haven't been disappointed. My kids love it and the owner is super nice, she always stops by to chat with us. Ume mixes a small town restaurant feel with professional quality.

Great environment...Great food. And great customer service...loved the total experience. One of the owners or servers treated my girls like one of their own. Giving them small gifts for Christmas 🎄 and small hugs...Great people.

Was in town for a conference and was in the mood for something good after a day of light snacks and salads. Loved my bento box and the perfect tempura👌😃 wonderful service too!
