Went for dinner with my family Saturday night(party of 7) place was packed when we arrived (recommend to make reservation) they said waiting time was 1hr to 1 1/2 but we were seated within 45 minutes which is not bad at all due to the time and day. Restaurant is very cozy and with open kitchen concept which I love, drinks were amazing and service impeccable. We ordered different entrees and everything was delicious with huge portions but we all agree the favorite one was the STEAK MAUI so juicy and cooked as requested. I truly recommend it and will be coming back.
Carrot cake and Caesar salad are highly recommended.
Last night we had a great dining experience at this restaurant! The chicken tenders were not only juicy but also seasoned to perfection, and the portion size was generous. The French fries were delicious, and the alcoholic drinks were impressively well-made, with no sign of being watered down. The carrot cake was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor, and the icing was truly incredible. A standout element of the evening was our server, Faith, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the meal. This place is definitely worth a visit for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

From the moment we entered J Alexandre, the ambiance captured our attention. While the lighting leans towards the dim side, it adds to the overall intimate atmosphere, making it an excellent spot for both casual and special occasions. Our server was simply outstanding, attending to our needs promptly and ensuring our dining experience was top-notch.
The food further elevated our visit. My wife savored the marinated ribeye, paired perfectly with the texture and taste of smashed potatoes. I, on the other hand, was treated to a delightful crispy chicken platter. The shoestring potato fries were crisp and complemented beautifully with two distinct and flavorful sauces. The coleslaw was a refreshing and delicious side that balanced out the meal.
One of the biggest conveniences is its location - it's just across the road from our home! We are certain that we'll be frequent visitors to J Alexandre. Kudos to the team for the incredible service and scrumptious food. We look forward to our next visit!
Food was decent. The server was not friendly. Gave a feeling, he doesn’t even want to be there working. Atmosphere was significantly darker than photos. Crowded. We went on a Father’s Day and the crowd was expected. It was full house. The experience could have been better.
I recently dined at J Alexander's in Plantation and had a fantastic experience. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was a delightful introduction to the meal. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned, leaving us eager for the main course.
For our entrees, we savored the filet mignon, and it did not disappoint. The steak was tender, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the meal wonderfully.

My restaurant of choice! We have been going to this location for for years and have never been dissatisfied. Top notch service and SO consistent. The food tastes amazing every single time! My go to is the crab cakes with Mac and cheese. IMO the steaks are better than some high end steak houses. It’s a little pricey but so worth it - you get what you pay for! I also enjoy the atmosphere it’s calm, classy but family friendly.
Great service and the food was amazing. It a little pricey, but well worth it. I had the prime rib with smashed potatoes. Cooked to order and delicious. My wife had the chicken. The portion was huge. A totally enjoyable experience.

Been going here for years and it's always reliable and unpretentious. The steaks and seafood are done really well. Especially the Ahi Tuna or steak frites. The beef carpaccio appetizer is good but needs a hint more dressing on the arugula as it's bland and doesn't tie the dish together. Service is generally very attentive, cheerful and prompt.
The vodka martinis are ice cold and perfectly balanced with blue cheese olives.
Came here for my birthday,,all I can say is Wowowoowowow 🥹 unbelievable how amazing the food and customer service was. My waitress name was Lauren she was amazing she knows the menu well she smiles when speaking to you . I love her❤️ She recommended the lemon drop and now I feel like my panty is ready to drop 😂 thank you for a wonderful dinner 🌟
